The producer of Sparking! was also invloved with Dimps's series of DBZ games from what I recall. The producers of the DBZ games represent Bandai, not the development company.

I don't really remember the Sparking! producer being involved with Budokai, until SB, as the Budokai series had the same producer for all three games IIRC, and if he had been you'd think he would've had the features he had implimented in SB added in the previous Budokai games, ie most (if not all) of SB's advancements (everything in real-time, chargable blasts, aura burst, etc) were all the result of the Sparking! producer. The producer of Sparking! was also invloved with Dimps's series of DBZ games from what I recall. You can call me Rick because I'm not actually Piccolo.
I missed out on all of the DB Movie fun, huh?
Point blank: it's gonna suck if you want it to. Personally, I'm seeing it as a comedy.

I'll just wait for the next bus...err I mean "Sparking!" installment. Seriously though why only Austrailia? I'm not complaining just curious. Usually I would think Japan got first dibs on exclusive stuff.
P.S. Useless henchmen can be useful. Hopefully they add some of the henchmen even some of Freeza's nameless goons in Sparking.... umm... Trio? You know what I mean.

To make all of us not in Aussie go "Why Australlia?". I'm sure everyone else will get the new content if and when the game goes Greatest Hits.Maphisto86 wrote:I'll just wait for the next bus...err I mean "Sparking!" installment. Gah, I wish they announced this after I got a PS2 copy of the game! At least I have a Wii, does anyone reckon it'd be worth re-buying?

I reckon' it would be worth re-buying on Wii American Pelican, if only for the fun of throwing one Kamehameha or one Genki Dama before giving up and using the standard controller. But that's just me.
I'll say I don't like the idea of buying the game again just to get six new characters (probably more than one of them will be a transformation of an existing character). But I did it for Budokai 3, I know I'll be doing it again.

Yeah, that's true. The new attack system does sound fun, I'd've loved it more 5 years ago though. Oh well, a mate's going to get it, so I'll borrow his copy and see if it's worth it.Deus ex Machina wrote:I reckon' it would be worth re-buying on Wii American Pelican, if only for the fun of throwing one Kamehameha or one Genki Dama before giving up and using the standard controller. What attacks would he get, spitting wine in enemies' faces and stealing Trunks' sword? Then again, look at what they did with Tapion - Mr. Not-One-Punch became the ultimate bad-ass.CoolerEX wrote:If Australia gets King Cold I will be so pissed. I thought he would be in Tenkaichi 2 but nooooo they just had to leave him out. Oh well maybe next game.

I lol-ed. It would be nice if we got some joke attacks like we did for Great Saiyaman in Budokai 3.Conan the SSJ wrote:What attacks would he get, spitting wine in enemies' faces and stealing Trunks' sword? I hope it would have some DB, like Kid Krillian, Teen Goku (Goku from After RRA saga till the end of King Piccolo saga) and General Blue.

Just out of curiosity, do we know how this applies to the Japanese Wii version? I haven't read much of the thread, so apologies if it's been stated...
But with the JP Wii version coming out this January, it would make sense that they were adding extra stuff to THAT one, and those items are surfacing in the other versions across Europe that haven't been released. In all honesty, and I don't mean this to be rude... but Europe isn't exactly special enough to get tons of extra things in video games, being the third-rate gaming market

^Well I would imagine that it applies to Japan as well, since I can't even think of a Japanese developed game that has a better non-Japanese version in other regions.
Every time I've ever seen a US version get something better then the Japanese one, another version of the game is released in Japan to match that of the US version or that goes beyond it (as was the case with Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix)
