Hello guys. The preview of the next épisode. If someone can translate please.

Nothing much new. Bulma's holding a bingo tournament on her cruise ship, with the dragon balls as the top prize, and the Pilaf gang comes to steal them. Meanwhile, Beerus and Whis head to Kaio's planet.

I still think Champa was only animated for that promo everything in the promo we have seen so far, and I think he will meet Beerus post BoG as it's clear they don't meet on Earth and with Beerus is already heading to King Kai's planet/Earth so the only way they could be is after BoG stuff. They could tease Champa like the Manga did but that's all I think they'll do

They're retelling the events of BoG in the Beerus arc of DBSuper almost in a sentence-by-sentence basis, with minor changes here and there and introducing the elements at a different timing. That's all there is to it. Even Goku's fight against Beerus will take place in Kaiou-sama's planet, Goku will get beaten to a pulp just like he did in the movie and then Beerus will move on to Earth to confront the others in a context of Bulma's birthday celebration, eventually losing it, knocking everyone out and being challenged by Goku as a Super Saiya-jin God, only to leave after the fight ends.

Again, we can only speculate at this point, but I'd go as far as to say that we'll only be introduced to Champa after not only the Beerus arc but actually in fact AFTER the Freeza arc, or during it. Since we'll be getting an arc dealing with the exploration of another Universe, it's only fitting that Champa, who is most likely Beerus' Hakaishin version of the 6th (or another) Universe, will appear for the first time in that arc or at the very most in the episodes leading up to it.

I still would find it a bit weird if Champa was just the 6th universe's god of destruction--though he probably is gonna be that--since Whis offers Goku Beerus' position at the end of BoG, implying that the gods of destruction don't have to be purple cat-people, and it's just whoever's strong enough (and divine I guess) for the position.

Then again, maybe Super will leave out that line and just say they're all purple cat-people.

That would be extremely unusual, moreso for Toei and a long running series working on a tight schedule. Not to mention they were talking in that scene, there would be no need for that if it was a disposable thing made for a promo. One would guess it was a scripted scene.

The scenario doesn't really make anything clear, as we don't know yet if Beerus will go straight to Earth in this version. Likely, but not certain.
Oh, and some backgrounds were changed from other shots in the promo, so there's that too.
We can only speculate at this point, but given what the manga spoiled, we're certainly seeing Champa next month. Whether it's gonna be just foreshadowing his real role or he's coming to stay is up in the air.

Yea I'm in agreement with those who say Champa will likely show up after the events of BoGs. The scene in the promo clearly shows him and Beerus meeting on the latters home world. Beerus will likely be heading straight to earth after defeating Goku like he did in the manga (especially since this re-telling thus far seems to follow BoGs line for line), so it's unlikely that scene takes place during the events of BoGs. They'll probably tease him like they did in the manga, but that's all they'll probably do.

I guess he would've been teased in that scan from yesterday if it were happening in reBOG, because once they leave home, they don't return until the arc is over. And they show that it's at home where Beerus meets Champa, so.

Or Toriyama will continue for the Pilaf Gang to have more wacky hijinks and gags and keep them as kids for the foreseeable future. I mean, they already acted pretty immature and childish as adults in the manga. So it would be really no difference if they were to remain children. And hey, that means more Pilaf Gang merchandise to push to kids. Everybody wins.

Especially since the gang keeps monopolizing the Dragon Balls during and after the Boo arc, so it would potentially be their first chance to get their hands on it since the seven-years gap!

Yes exactly they are going out there way to follow the movie as you say more or less line by line, I really doubt they'll all of a sudden veer of into another route and have Champa join the fray this early. Also they have been developing Beerus/Whis's relationship and character so if they were to introduce Champa and his Whis shouldn't they warrant something similar? You can't just chuck them in last minute be like here is another set of powerful guys, Beerus and Whis just alone are so overwhelming, even as Super Saiyan God Goku was no match for Beerus so imagine chucking in Champa into the fray too? It would be too much in my opinion. What I think will happen is we will get teases from Champa perhaps he is watching from afar? And we cut back to him once a while, maybe that scene in the promo is some sort of flashback and we learn of their relationship through that?

It doesn't seem to be, but can't be sure. I think there is a Whis card on the upper left, and it says "Heroes", too, so it makes me think it is about that, not about Super.

Let's be honest here. All of the traditional magazines that we typically get Dragon Ball info from are going to have information on Super. Whether it's new or not at the time is a different story. Anyway, the link that was posted for the cover has a link to the actual Saikyo Jump website. That seems like a better place to start for information; in addition to the normal manga we get each issue, the website mentions Heroes, the new iCarddass game, Discross, Super stickers, Super being a popular broadcast and something about "closing in on the Beerus lookalike, Champa"(?), etc. =P
