I personally feel it could really go either way with Omega Shenron and Golden Frieza. If SSJ4 Goku was in fact on par with SSJ Vegetto, the Shadow Dragon would naturally fall below the SSGSS duo, as his performance against his SSJ4 opponents was less than exceptional. This particular ranking is a result of exceptional generosity given to SSJ4 Goku, and based on the assumption that he's a few notches above SSJ Vegetto. That said, I have no qualms about putting the latter more or less in the same realm of power as the former, and putting Omega Shenron below the tyrant's golden form.

I used to have SSJ4 Gogeta a bit higher, but the more I think about it, the more I feel his Big Bang Kamehameha's inability to destroy Omega Sheron takes away from his credibility.
