Killua Zoldyck from Hunter x Hunter vs Mr. Popo from Dragon Ball
Supposing both fighters have reaction time compared to the speed of lightning and Killua can maintain Godspeed mode for half a hour, who has the most chances of winning?

Popo wins rather easily, seeing as how the most a Hunter x Hunter character was capable of was destroying a bunch of mountains. I think Daimao is enough to defeat anyone in the Hunter x Hunter universe, so far at least.

- It could honestly go either way. My gut tells me Akane would win.
- Ranfan kicks Videls ass so badly

When it comes to power, you may be right, but Killua's reaction time seems to exceed everything Goku did when he fought Mr. Popo. Godspeed allows his body to move even before he is fully concious about his opponent's hostility.

Given the way Mr. Popo acted when Goku first encountered him, would there even be any hostility to unconsciously pick up on?

That's why I think this wouldn't be an one-sided pummeling. Mr. Popo can move so fast that his hostility can't be felt at all, at least by Goku back then.
Captain Space wrote:That's true. Although I was more thinking that there isn't any hostility to sense at all, he's so tranquil when he's in the zone.
Maybe it's not exactly about hostility, but more about the bioeletrical impulses from mind to body. It exerts an invisible aura that sign the intention to attack. Godspeed's aura acts like the body receives the same impulses from opponents' mind and he moves accordingly.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I'm just about done with the concept of reboots and making shows that were products of their time and impactful "new and sexy" and in line with modern tastes and sensibilities. Let stuff stay in their era and give today's kids their own shit to watch.
I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

That Teen Gohan is a stronger version of Kid Gohan. Goku gets beat in seconds.
They have a real shot to win if they work well together.
DBZAOTA482 wrote:Chi-Chi (23rd Budokai) vs. Tao Pai Pai (organic)
Chi-Chi one shots him. She is way stronger than post Karin Goku.
DBZAOTA482 wrote:Videl (Great Saiyaman) vs. Ranfan; Both are half-naked
To be honest I'm having doubts Videl got stronger by Ki training. If she didn't then Ranfan beats her easily.
Zombie wrote:

Wasn't Buu Saga Gohan explicitly stated to be weaker than he was as a kid, multiple times?
Only as a SSJ2.
We also have this:
Many years after the battle with Cell, Gohan had become a high school student. Due to either Chi Chi's influence or him neglecting to train, his strength hadn't changed since he was a boy.
And this:
During the Tenkaichi Budoukai he transforms at Kibito's request. Because he couldn't gain power from anger and because he hadn't been training, he doesn't have the same battle power as when he defeated Cell.
Herms wrote:Chapter: 444 (DBZ 250), P7.1-4
Gohan: “Well, I’ve become a Super Saiyan. Now what? Is it alright if I fight like this?”
Kibito: “…Wh-what tremendous power…I can’t believe he’s a being of the lower world!”
Vegeta: “…Hmph…That bastard, he was far, far better when he killed Cell. It’s because he slacked off in his training during peacetime…”
Kaioshin: “…No, even so this is magnificent energy, more so than I imagined…I wonder if I’ll be able to stop this power…”
Goku: “…Stop it?”
Chapter: 455 (DBZ 261), P6.1-2
Context: as Dabra fights Gohan
Goku: “Magic, huh? He’s way stronger than I thought, ain’t he?”
Vegeta: “Hmph…Even so, he’s not an opponent [he? we?] can’t win against. [Gohan]’s so pathetic…So much so that he was stronger as a brat…”
Goku: “He really did slack off!”
It seems rather implied he's overall weaker.
Most Dragon Ball fans are incapable of making a logically sound argument.
SSJ4 Goku (Buu Saga) vs Ultimate Gohan. (In this case, we're talking about a hypothetical golden SSJ4 transformation that works more like the SSJ3, it wastes too much energy).
SSJ3 Gotenks (EoZ) vs SSJ2 Goku (GT).
SSJ Goten and Trunks (Pre-Rosat) vs 2nd Grade SSJ Vegeta and Future Trunks.
Piccolo (Post-Rosat) vs Semi-Perfect Cell.
Mr. Satan's mustache vs Ox-King's beard.
