Core busting is over a minute or or longer.....
Big cap between both because a direct hit means if it hits a building or even a small object and it blows the planet up without hitting the core like what Beerus did with the tab is casual.

I don't know where you're getting these definitions, but it looked like Frieza blew up Earth and Planet Vegeta pretty quickly.

If Freeza only destroyed Vegeta's core, then why didn't any Saiyans escape? At least some of them would have had plenty of time to get off planet. They have the same ships that Freeza did, after all.

FTL?....no FTL means they would have been in earth in a matter of a good 2 days or less.
