Are you referring to this?

http://www.hlj.com/product/BNP49945-B/Fig

They were put up around a month ago, and orders were stopped the same day. I thought they were going to be Scultures re-releases.

Yes, but I never saw it in my search results for some reason. Weird, but I'm going to get it as soon as I see a listing for it

Hey, so, you know that SDCC Freeza arc Goku figuart? I found that on ebay right now for $165. I know it's a toy, but, like, it looks so cool. Is it worth it? Should I hold off? What do I do?

I mean, you're pretty open about looking at cartoon porn. Why would you do that? It's fiction. The proportions of these women are not possible to reach in reality.

Ask yourself.

1. Does it look cool? (You've admitted this)
2. Are you interested in figures?
3. Do you have the money?
4. Do you want it?

If you can answer these 4 questions with "yes", go right for it. $165 is pretty alright price for him. He seems to usually be going in between $150 - $170.

The Mexican release can sometimes go even higher.

I personally could never understand overpaying so much for a $40 figure. Likewise, I can't fathom paying $300 for Dragon Box 2.

At that point, I'd definitely get the regular Goku release instead. To me, a new face, kanji, and belt aren't worth $120 extra.

I think the same thing happened to me with my Frieza Spaceship, but maybe it's just a delay, but this is my first time preordering from HLJ, so I wouldn't know. But if HLJ doesn't get stock, Entertainment Earth has some preorders for the master stars piece Freeza and the spaceship, but they ship months after the Japanese release date. Although the Oozaru figure isn't up, which is still a mystery

Neat, but small.

Yeah I was expecting it be more than 5 inches, but either way it still looks cool, so I may consider buying it. Also, if you did buy it already from Entertainment Earth, they don't ship outside of the United States

Apparently there is a lot of new items with ichiban kuji.
The S prize is a 19 cm SSGSS Goku figure
The A prize is an 18 cm Golden Frieza figure which seems to be the same one that was released earlier in the year
There are a few other prizes as well that aren't as cool, but still seem kinda cool.
There is also going to be a new 100% power Frieza as well as a double chance special color Golden Frieza figure which is unrevealed
but the main thing is this limited edition pure gold 5 cm Golden Frieza statue which looks very nice

Den-O from Tokunation posted this new info.
Russ over at Gundam Planet just got to interview Bluefin and GODDAMN:

-Turtles will be web exclusives in Japan as they are aimed at the american market. The 80's cartoon is THE most popular version of the character in either market though so it's beneficial to both parties. Plan is to construct them with diecast parts. They're currently exploring what other characters from that series to make in this line, taking suggestions.

- Advanced Color reissues of SS3 Goku & Perfect Cell ARE happening! Sometime next year. Both will web exclusives in Japan. On the topic of the recolors though they mentioned that while yes Vegeta &Trunks are getting those newly colored reissues, they are also getting BRAND NEW SCULPTS! As is entirely new figures of each of them will be produced later next year in addition to the recolors. These new sculpt figures will be retail releases in Japan!

- DBZ sales in the US are double the Japanese sales which is what keeps compelling these releases and recolors.

Great news all around!

SS3 Goku may be the only recolor I consider getting. The original coloration was pretty bad. Though...the head sculpt (and hair) is pretty bad too, which is sad since it was the only part of the figure that was new.

Well S.H Figuarts Beerus and SSjGSSj Vegeta are set to come out next year too. We will probably see Figuarts of Jaco, SSjG Goku and Whis too later on.

They released more pictures of SSGSS Vegeta and Beerus. There's really nothing special about Vegeta, but Beerus fully has my attention (even more than he already did). They couldn't have picked a worse pose for that yawning face though...

I do wonder how tall he actually is though. I'd love if he were in the right scale for Freeza, Cell and Broli. My only complaint so far is that they made his angry eyes a little too wide:

He looks like he's eating an invisible sandwich. :3
Beerus is an expressive character; I'm curious about what kinds of faceplates he's got.

I'd love it if they'd eventually put out a ssjg Gokû. That would get a pre-order from me.

I saw the Beerus figuart protoype at NYCC this year. I don't remember exact in height, but he looks really good and the height is fine.

Yeah, I've seen him in some of the pictures with other characters. I know he's in scale with someone (probably Goku), but it's never quite as clear as you'd like it to be. Especially since the scale amongst the DBZ Figuarts is soooo wonky (seriously, Trunks shorter than Vegeta?). There are just certain characters I rather have him fit in with though.

The Jaco prototype was HUGE from what I remember though. He's not fitting in with anyone. xD

Is Beerus a web exclusive in Japan? Amazon has been terrible at fulfilling pre-orders of web exclusives lately.
