Sadly, most DBZ characters tend to suck as they are too flashy and OP (notion that's being destroyed by Balthazor/Cybaster). My favorite DBZ M.U.G.E.N creator is CHOUJIN;

Just tested it out and I've gotta say I like that you're going with a six button character. You should consider color separation, it will definitely help create more unique palettes. There's really not much else I can say, do you have a moveset planned out yet?
