No, but if you go to something to make fun of it or complain about it, I don't see the value. No one is claiming you have to accept it, but what purpose does it serve to constantly criticize something? How about you simply ignore it?

It might be good for a momentary one time lark, but there's little if any value in constantly doing it.

It's not about practicing what they preach, if all you do is criticize then you should be called out on it. You aren't pointing something out as constructive criticism, you would be looking for attention by interjecting yourself in other people's conversations and just being negative for its own sake. It's perfectly legit to tell them not to watch. If you are so bothered by something that all you do is criticize something then you aren't doing anyone any favors.

I daresay it's better than some; there are some pretty shitty dubs out there.

Well, aside from AB Groupe's/"Big Green" Movie dubs, the entirety of the Malaysian/Speedy Co. dub, and such if that makes sense: I wasn't counting those.

That doesn't necessarily mean people are hypocrites like you were implying. One can easily think GT's execution of one concept was terrible while BoG's execution of the same/similar concept was great. Being similar or the same ideas doesn't mean that people can't like one over the other, otherwise rip-offs wouldn't be frowned upon.

It depends, you can't just make a broad statement like that and expect it to hold up to scrutiny especially with such ill defined concepts as fanboying.
