Hum. Tarble was said to have no talent for fighting (or desire for it)...similar thing said about Gine, but she actually did take part in several battles in order to come to this conclusion. So I'd imagine either:

-They're at a similar power level but she actually knows how to fight, whereas I don't see Tarble as having done really anything in the way of training or fighting before getting booted off-world, or

-Due to having trained, she's also at a much higher power level than him, albeit not at the level of a fully-competent saiyan warrior

Either way, I say Gine wins (unless Tarble's 'royal blood' or whatever is really that hax but I shouldn't think so).

Hypothetically, say the units read from all of the scouters in the series were in indecipherable, some alien unit + number we didn't know, and Bulma never fixed the scouter to have normal readings. So we couldn't determine power gaps in the series (i,e; not knowing Saiyan arc Vegeta is 2.25x Goku, not knowing 1st form Freeza is 12x Nail, not knowing Raditz is 3-4x Goku, not knowing Goku when arriving on Namek is 1.33x weaker than Ginyu (since we couldn't divide his Kaioken x2 by a number), etc..). Or simply put, there were no scouter readings, and no supplemental guidebook information on battle powers. Who do you think would win these fights?

1. Vegeta's reaction of Goku toying around with the other Ginyus and how he assumes that Goku may possibly be the Saiyan of Legend (without any use of the kaiyo-ken I might add, which Vegeta knows he has). I would then assume (with no knowledge of power levels) that this Goku leaves any form of Vegeta in the dust judging at how high of a figure he's seen. And since we see Ginyu practically fighting evenly with that same Goku (with even a slight edge), that would put Ginyu above the big ape as well.

2. Piccolo thought he could actually be useful in the fight against Freeza by helping gohan and the others, while we see Nail get trashed by the tyrant. Granted, he was alone, but we still see him as being complete fodder, while Piccolo, sensing Freeza's full power, still rushes to help for Gohan's sake, not his own. Piccolo wins.

3. Piccolo was confident that with Gohan's strength combined with the rest of them, they could possibly out-maneuver and beat Nappa with a good strategy (except Gohan chickened out ultimately). Seeing as how Nappa is deemed many times stronger than Raditz, I'd say Gohan is capable of pulling a win.

4. Piccolo and Goku (though resulting in one's death and the other wounded) managed to take down Raditz, who was compared to being around the same strength as a Saibaman, which Chaozu didn't fight at all. No noticeable feats other than blowing himself up. Plus Goku and Piccolo have better techniques with more firepower.

5. I see Zarbon beating him. He seemed to laugh at the thought of a Vegeta (with an 18,000 pl, but that's not important) posing any threat, while that same Vegeta got wrecked pretty bad by Goku. But, we then see Goku get extremely fatigued afterward and still not even mortally wound Vegeta. Zarbon takes this.

3. Freeza laughed at the idea of base Vegeta doing anything to him, and since nothing really contradicts his statement, I abide by it. Freeza wins.
4. Vegeta said himself + Gohan + Krillin could beat Freeza someway or another, Jeice and Ginyu are fodder, but I doubt they'd actually lower the team's chances. I think Freeza is eventually overwhelmed.
6. Gotenks wins rather easily in my opinion. I see him as less than 2x weaker than Gogeta.
7. SS Vegeta >~ initial 2nd form Cell > 1st form Cell. Vegeta wins.
9. With Grade 2, Vegeta and Trunks would put up a fight, but I think Goten and Trunks have a noticeable power advantage and better stamina which would give them the win.
10. I consider them series-movie counterparts. Cooler would win because of his haxed Supernova in my opinion. Without any trickery of the sort, I'd be inclined to give the fight to Freeza. I usually like to think his Mechanical upgrade let him access his full power without the strain on his body.

1. Mr. Satan got smacked by Cell into a MOUNTAIN, and came out with a couple abrasions on his face. He easily elbowed Ultimate Gohan out of the way in DB Super in excitement over Videl's pregnancy. Forget Bruce Lee, The Champ reigns.

2. Videl single-handedly beat down and disarmed Road Bandits with guns, and then kicked an enhanced Spopovich so hard, his head literally turned 180 degrees. I would love to see Rousey do any of those. Plus, Videl can fly.

3. Golden Freeza laughed at the thought of Base Vegeta fighting him, and he's aready seen Goku's skills for himself when he was in Base. Freeza stomps.

4. Vegeta was confident with just himself, Gohan, and Krillin beating Freeza. Add 2 more players (meatshields) in the mix and that would be even better.

5. Goku barely beat Buu with it. It only worked when he had his power restored. Beerus tanks it np.

6. Gotenks IMO has a decent advantage in power, but I'm sure he'll find a way to screw it up. Gogeta wins.

7. Vegeta wins. I don't see Grade 2 being that much stronger than Super Saiyan, and Vegeta was pretty confident and anxious to beat down Semi-Cell, whose power he could sense. SSJ may not beat Semi-Cell, but it sure as heck beats Imperfect Cell, humans absorbed or not.

8. I see Whis winning here. Not easily, but not a hard fight either. Since both Saiyans >= Beerus, it'd be like Beerus and slightly stronger Beerus going up against him, but the gap would be too big IMO. Maybe if they formulated a strategy, they could pull it off. I see Whis winning 7/10 times.

9. The boost in power from Grade 2 makes them above the boys IMO. Plus with more battle experience, they can take the win.

10. Cooler actually endangered Yardrat Goku's life with a Super Nova. Freeza was turned into cold-cuts (Get it? ) by Trunks who could NOT do the same to Goku. Cooler wins this handily.

1. Goku would beat them just as handily as the regular titans do (except maybe Levi could maneuver a little better against him). He's much faster despite being a Giant Ape. Plus Mouth Blast would be just too strong.

2. No way is Goku, with a power level of 10, getting over 12,000,000 times stronger just by playing "Ring around the Rosie". I have Goku being around as strong as Gohan after his Zenkai Boost against 2nd Form Freeza.

1. Hmmm... 215 pound professional fighter vs 150 pound actor with just a handful of anecdotes to back up his "skills"...

2. She broke Spopovich's neck and would've killed him if not for Babidi's creepy zombie regeneration magic. I'm pretty sure Spopovich could beat Rousey. I'm also pretty sure that Rousey would have lost to those 2-3 guys that ganged up on Videl.

3. Freeza explicitly stated that base Vegeta couldn't do a damn thing to him.

4. The team. Freeza said that Vegeta wasn't bluffing when he said that Krillin, Gohan, and him could manage something against Freeza, and he Freeza wasn't considering Gohan and Krillin's hidden skills either. Nor was he considering this addition of Ginyu, and his hidden skills.

5. Beerus. That was barely enough to destroy Pure Buu- it required a bit of extra power from SS Goku to finally do the job. Super Buu would smack it back easily.

6. Gogeta. I believe he's decently stronger, though not by a ridiculous amount, and he's obviously more skilled.

7. SS Vegeta. It seems that he was stronger than Semi-Cell even prior to going Grade II, since both Goku and Vegeta both eventually decided that the Grade II boost was negligible. Also, Trunks was surprised that Vegeta transformed to fight Semi-Cell, implying that his SS form was already enough. Finally, Semi-Cell was scared of SS Trunks.

8. Whis bitch-slaps all of them. Beerus got taken down in one hit, and Goku and Vegeta are moderately weaker than him.

9. Trunks tells Goten to step aside and effortlessly owns both his dad and his future self. He was giving serious problems to Buu arc SS Vegeta, who is a LOT stronger than the suppressed Cell that tooled both these idiots.

10. Cooler rips his brother to shreds. Cooler could shrug off hits from post-Yardrat Goku and seriously challenge him in a beam struggle; Mecha Freeza couldn't last ten seconds against Trunks, who himself couldn't do jack to post-Yardrat Goku's finger.

1. Goku with a Kaio-Ken x4 Kamehameha completely overpowered a blast that could destroy the planet. I doubt Godzilla would survive any of that.

2. Hard to say. Are you talking about just regular EMS Madara from his "Glory Days" or the most recent Rikudou/2 Rinnegan Madara? Cuz the latter can spawn mountain-sized Meteors, has invisible versions of himself to fight and protect him, regeneration, and has Susanoo who can chop several mountains in half with a single swipe. Daimao leveled a city with a ki attack. He can beat EMS Madara rather handily but dies to hax Madara rather easily.
