Bulma's offer to Oolong in super episode 8

When Bulma says she will give him whatever he wants and then winks at him, it seems like she is offering him sex or at least a sexual act, but that can't be right!? I know it seemed the world would end, dragonball has always had sexual jokes, and her character has always been flirtatious and willing to use her sexuality to a degree, but this seems a bit extreme, and even for her character...... way off point, especially when her husband and son where standing right next to her. The only thing i can think of is that they where referring to panties, since Oolong wanted Bulma's panties back in the the pilaf saga, and he wished for panties from Shenlong when he could have wished for almost anything, so she is offering Oolong her panties? that would make a lot more sense than offering a sexual act, but i don't know.

It was a cheap ploy to buy time because of the atrocious pacing. I wouldn't look more into it except that it's a bad joke with two characters, at least one of whom isn't a flirty little girl anymore.

I honestly don't think she was actually going to follow through on the offer if Oolong won. Things were tense and she was trying to motivate him.

I'm sure if he won and came to claim his prize, Bulma would tell him something like "You're still alive, that's payment enough." or alternatively "Go ask Vegeta".

Well in dragonball a sexual act alluded to in a joke like this, would be at most a quick grope while she is still fully clothed(it would be absurd to think it would go beyond that), i doubt even that would have happened if he had won though, especially with Vegeta being her husband.

The implication was sexually flirtatious, but as others have said she was just trying to give him the courage and incentive to win the game. I didn't give it a second thought really, she's middle-aged in body only, she is still the same person she was at the start of Dragon Ball willing to use her looks to get what she wants.

Well offering anything like she did would include giving oolong ownership of capsule corp and leaving Vegeta for him etc, which was obviously off the table in her offer of "anything", just like sex or a bj, handjob etc was obviously off the table in her offer of "anything" to oolong. In the scope of the show, her offer was a flash, panties, or at most a quick grope(while still fully clothed), she might have been willing to do that given the circumstances(though probably not), as it isn't really cheating on Vegeta or anything.
