Most overrated character (power-wise)

Here are some examples:

Tien - Obvious reasons.

Future Trunks - Some people still believe he was actually stronger than Vegeta and put USSJ Trunks on par with SSJ2 Gohan/SPC.

Mr. Satan (Hercule) - Just cuz he won a Tenkaichi Budokai (filled with pansy-ass normal humans) people assume he's on par with the likes of Nam or King Chappa.

Videl - Some people tend to think she can take the entirety of OG Dragon Ball just cuz she knows bukujutsu.Seriously, search up Videl vs. Yamcha.... people actually thought she was somebody.

Broly - Some people seriously think he can take on The God of Destruction Beerus.

BROLLY! all their fans claim he's stronger than Perfect cell! LOL i'm like bitch please! Ultra Trunks can beat Broly and i don't believe gohan was SSJ2 in the second coming movie either! Gohan was just FPSSJ in that movie.

Broly is at the top of the food chain, hands down. That said, if the writers of his movies were involved with any of the newer stuff, and Broly was reintroduced, he WOULD be stronger than Beerus, somehow.

I don't understand how Tien is overrated in terms of power, unless you're referring to people constantly claiming he's the strongest human, which, by all means, he should be.

Broly obviously, a fact not helped by Heroes recently giving him SSJ4. I would say Bardock too since heroes put his base above GT Gogeta AND stacked that up with SSJ3. I really wish people stopped taking Heroes seriously so much.

I would argue Kid Buu is another super overrated character in terms of power, with people claiming he's stronger than Super Buu and Buuhan, despite the manga clearly and visually showing otherwise.

Some people think he compete with base level Saiyans and give him too much credit for the Shin Kikoho against Semi-Perfect Cell or deflecting a blast was meant to kill DENDE.

Tenshinhan and Mr. Satan. I've seen people say Mr. Satan is stonger then Kid Goku, as for Tenshinhan I've seen people seen say he is about as strong as SS 2 Gohan.

Probably Kid Buu. Kid Buu is constantly referred to as the strongest Buu and that's just plain wrong. I partially blame the anime for this one because it has ridiculous lines like "his speed and power is greater than all the previous Buus." It contradicts everything and is just typical Toei Goku wank. I just hate the dialogue in that fight(mostly when they're comparing powers) because 90% of the time it doesn't make sense.

Broly, no question. Fans still believe his power is maximum.

Tien is a close second because of his "feat" of holding down Semi-Perfect Cell with his Kikoho and Kid Buu is a not-to-distant third mainly because of the inaccurate FUNi dub.

Broly is a pretty obvious pick. If not him then it's Gogeta. Goku and Vegeta get a magical super boost for no reason to some people.

Honestly, way too many of them, at any given point in time. Just off the top of my head though, there's -

Goku - What with people seeming to think he must be literally unbeatable by any other character from other franchises.
Broly - The guy's certainly tough, but some of his fans - ...okay, a lot of his fans - take it quite a bit overboard.
Gohan - It seems to have been taken too much to heart by some that just because he's the strongest individual fighter at the end of the manga, then clearly any stories going further than that can't possibly have him surpassed, cuz that's just silly, apparently.
Vegito - Pretty much the exact same thing as with Gohan, albeit to a worse degree sometimes.

Kid Buu for being such a difficult bastard towards the end. The anime making him seem like the strongest Buu doesn't help. Nor does it make sense.

Tenshinhan for slowing down Cell that one time (feel like Cell took no damage and was just weighed down by the sheer force of the Kikoho).

Super Perfect Cell. Even with one arm, Gohan still beat him. I doubt Vegeta's attack was that powerful to completely distract Cell at that point. Gohan was just holding back I'd say.

Gogeta = many people put him at equal to Vegetto and his SSJ4 version beating the god tiers despite not having enough feats/statements to prove it.

Videl = same as your reason whats more worse is that i saw some people on youtube and facebook claiming hes stronger than Radtiz.

Gohan = especially the SSJ2 Z Sword one,many people put him above Fat Buu and SSJ3 Goku.

Kid Buu = many people saying hes the strongest version of Buu,i blame the anime for this.

Goku = you can see hundreds of people on the internet saying Goku is the strongest anime or even fictional character despite Whis/Beerus/Freeza being stronger than him let alone top tier characters from marvel/dc.

Gotenks = even here in kanzenshuu,you can see so many people saying his Base Post ROSAT version is stronger than his SSJ version Pre ROSAT.

Base Saiyans = theres so many people saying that base saiyans are above Piccolo and even Perfect Cell despite Beerus in Super and BOG saying they're still weaker than Freeza.

Just going to add one that is probably on par with Broly in terms of overratedness power-wise.

A Hypothectical Goku if he never hit his head(Evil Goku) = Putting Tullece aside,i dont understand why people think he will be as strong as his Good self,He will never get to train to guys like Kame-sennin,Kami,Kaio-sama etc..He will kill Bulma when they first met and he will never know about the dragonballs,he will probably got killed by Piccolo Daimao or other future villains yet people talk about an Evil Goku becoming a God of Destruction on one of the 12 Universes.

Gohan. He isn't stronger then Vegito and Buuhan. All over youtube it's bad enough people think he's the strongest non fusion,then you see he's stronger then Gogeta....then you see he' stronger then Vegio and ssj4! Then you see stuff like "oh well buu couldn't tap into all his mystic powers or vegito would be dead!" and stuff like "gohan would beat beerus and whis if they used buu saga mystic gohan and no this nerfed one!"
