It's interesting that they call it Champa arc, and not U6. Maybe it's just the Super version of RoF that will include Champa? The last manga chapter could suggest a connection already.

I think I would like this approach. We'd still get Resurrection "F", but just with the Champa ratio switched from the Beerus Arc. We can focus on Champa's activities with a the Golden Freeza stuff serving as a small side dish until Champa's plot is set up proper.

If anything though, now that they aren't worried about how the manga and anime line up each month, I hope we get at least a small boost in page count. Even with completely new content, a month for ~15 pages hardly feels like anything of substance.

Dare I actually dream that we might be getting at least a little bit of some version of the material cut from Toriyama's full Battle of Gods script, where everyone helps Goku when he's in a "big pinch"?

Oooh, interesting piece of promotional art. Wonder what its purpose is? Can't wait until someone can translate the text! = )

On a side note - love the Resurrection 'F' outifts for the characters, and glad it seems they'll be using them in Super once we reach the appropriate point in time. It's nice to have a somewhat fresh look for some of the main characters, and the choice of dark grey for Vegeta is reminiscent of his darker blue from the Freeza arc, but with a different colour - presumably to avoid him being blue all over when in SSGSS form! = P

Having said that, while I'm hoping these designs get a good outing in the Resurrection 'F' arc and beyond, I'm also hoping they'll continue to develop the look of the characters in future story arcs. The original series was constantly tweaking and updating the characters from arc to arc, even if only in subtle ways, and both Battle of Gods and Resurrection 'F' showed they're not afraid to evolve the look of established characters when telling a new story. So hopefully we'll continue to get some interesting new outfits etc. going forward! = )

Yea this heavily implies Beerus was lying about using his full power.

It really does seem like Champa is the Vegeta between him and Beerus if that art is anything to go by anyway.

Toyotaro hasn't defined her jaw enough, so it looks like she has a bit of a podgy face.

Other than Champa, Super won't have any worthwhile original content until the ROF arc is finished. The whole series relies on this new arc, for all we know won't begin until April 2016. I wish Digimon took Torkio's place so that we could have a new Dragon Ball show that cuts to the chase, so far the fights are plot development are slower than Z, what's worse is that we've seen it all before in BOG (even then it was a particularly slow film).

Artwork like this just makes me think more and more that Champa and Fem Whis will debut in the ROF arc and will have some significance in how it pans out.
