That's just what fans assume. There was never any indication in the story that he wasn't in his natural body. If anything the direct claim that he and the rest of the Ginyu Force along with Freeza were born super strong mutants overrides the fan speculation.

I'm a little unclear on how Potara really works. IIRC, Old Kai attributed Vegetto's immense power to Goku and Vegeta's rivalry, sort of a yin-yang thing where their abilities complimented each other and filled in any flaws. However a few guidebooks state that Potara simply multiplies the power levels of the fusees, which would be infinitely lamer.

All that means is Ginyu's original body was such a mutant. It doesn't override anything. How would everyone know exactly what Ginyu's ability to switch bodies worked like unless he'd done it before, and why would he have done it if he hadn't found a better body than his original one?

(Besides, I doubt their mutations are exactly the same. They seem the types to train pretty rigorously, so it's not like Freeza where he never trained a day in his life and he's still got oceans of untapped potential lying dormant.)

1. Each saiyan is over 60% of Beerus' power, so put them together and Buu wins.

2. Each of those three is also over 60% of Beerus' power, with all three of them added together that's at least an 18 on the god-scale. Add in Buu's abilities and they're pretty formidable...of course, Whis has more than just power, and Freeza's power will diminish over time...this one's hard to call, but Buu seems more likely to win.

3. My arbitrary numbers say their combined base power is around equal to 100% Beerus, and SSGSS Goku is around 80%, so Buu wins.

4. This one's about 50/50 (once again looking to my arbitrary numbers has this Buu at 16-17 to Whis' 15, plus regeneration etc., but then there's Whis' abilities and Freeza's power-drain).

5. I dunno. Goku still has a decent advantage in power I reckon, but I'm not sure if it's enough to completely put Buu down.

6. Probably Gohan? *shrugs*

7. Goku, but it's a hard fight.

8. I reckon Gohan with ease (I think Piccolo was around Vegeta's level in the Mirai Trunks bit, which is roughly similar to where he was post his final zenkai on Namek, so a couple million BP; I see Gohan as being at least in the high single-digit millions by the android arc. But that's just my estimates so whatever).

9. I'd say Gohan could take him without trouble.

10. Goku, I don't see Vegeta as having got hugely stronger yet by that point.

I don't know precisely, if you're talking about the Saiyan Beyond Devil Broly it could be a close fight, but LSSDSS Broly wins with ease.

- Base Goten should be around millions, so unless Tien and Krillin come up with a strategy to either freeze Goten so they can finish him with their deadly tecniques, I don't see they winning otherwise.

- Basically the same thing above, but now with more people to come up with a better strategy, come on... Goten and Trunks are way stronger than they, but they're not experienced fighters, so there's a chance.

- Well some say that Piccolo is a below a FPSSJ tier in Boo Arc, I don't know how he improved in Super, Toriyama confirms that he alongs with Goku and Vegeta are always training, so he could finish Base Goten with ease, but with would require a lot of thinking to defeat Trunks and avoid his punches, but by normal means, he loses.
