He doesn't have the best English, but I believe he is having a problem making the pan in the first place because the background doesn't scroll at the same rate if at all as the foreground, thus it doesn't make a nice pretty pan. But that's what I assume.

To be honest I'm not liking most of these, particularly Goku100xKamehameha's, they're either the wrong size, they haven't been lined up properly, the edges haven't been erased or you've messed up the brightness.

I'll probably get back to making them once I get a new mouse since I have a new computer now, with a new DVD drive that doesn't heat up, not open or scratch discs.

And since it's myyyyy thread, I'll pull some rules out of my butt.

1. Use Photoshop or a similar program, maybe freeware like Gimp or something, if you use MS Paint I'm gonna slap you.
2. Make sure your DVD screen captures are the right size, they should be 480 pixels tall and 640 pixels wide.
2.5 Oh yeah, make sure they're PNG and not JPG.
3. If you're cleaning the screen shots, make sure it doesn't affect detail such as tiny lines or different colour tones.
4. If you can see the bottom or top, or edge of a screencap on top of another you should erase it after lining it up, that way it won't look stupid, stupid.
5. If you're uploading to Photobucket or a similar site, make sure it isn't automatically resizing them.

If you don't follow these rules then... I can't really enforce them, just follow them!
