Sounds like there really is going to be a tender moment between Krillin and 18! Looking forward to that.
I'm also hoping for more Vegebul ^^

Following the "character first, voice artist next" pattern the blog seems to have going, today's update is a comment from 18's voice actress, Miki Ito.
I'll get to it later.

A tender moment between Kuririn and Lazuli? Thought I'd never see the day.
Also, I really want Vegeta to shine this time. Always gets the short end of the stick when it comes to the main villains especially in the movies so don't ruin my vibe, and let the man get his due respect.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

Yeah, (from the quick google-translate of this) her voice actress even jokes that they should do a spin-off soap opera featuring the two XD I'd be all for it if Bulma and Veggie could be in it too :3DBZAOTA482 wrote:A tender moment between Kuririn and Lazuli? Thought I'd never see the day.

And I feel ya. This movie has got to feature Vegeta's moment. From the way we're having to wait on Horikawa's commentary, one would have to think that it will hint at something at least... I think once Horikawa is featured on Bulma's blog that there will be plenty to talk about

It is incredibly curious how they skipped over Horikawa in the pattern; it's gonna be something really good I bet. I know; it totally shouts "Vegeta secrecy," right? It's especially something since they've already had Nozawa on the blog.

It makes me think about (I forget who exactly it was) someone from the forums visited Horikawa at a con a while back and showed him the blue ssjg Vegeta fanart that'd been floating around and he liked it.
It also makes me think of the possible-cliffhanger option, and the "Vegeta is the one to defeat Freeza" option.

No idea how long this has been floating about.

Comes with extended edition of BOG. I'm guessing it's a postcard or something.

It's not a leaked scan. Unless FnF takes an incredibly drastic turn.EA575 wrote:Image is broken on my end.GokuRules987 wrote:here is what appears to be the leaked scan of the next dragon ball revial of F chapter or something.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
So I've just been pondering over this comment from Ryusei Nakao in his blog entry:
Do you think this is alluding to something within the film or is he simply he telling us to watch the whole movie and then go see it again? All you Freeza fans, please watch until the very end!
If you watch until the end, then maybe once more…

At least, I'd want to see that.

Re: Official On-Going DBZ 2015 Movie Thread: "Fukkatsu no F"
Site updated with today's blog post translation:
Hey, Bulma here!
Just 38 days left until the film’s premiere!
Today we’ve got a comment from the voice of No.18, Miki Itō!
I was quite frankly very happy when it was decided to make this new movie. 20 years ago when I first got the role of No.18, it was nerve-wracking having to perform alongside all these veteran voice artists. When the series returned with Dragon Ball Kai, it was a pleasure to come back as one of the original TV series cast.
Continuing on with the film Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Gods, I felt from the bottom of my heart that this is a series everyone loves. 18’s appearances were always a bit low-key and understated, but then, I guess that suits her just fine…(laughs)
The feelings and enthusiasm which Toriyama-sensei, us performers, and the staff all have towards Dragon Ball joining together to create this film. I think that Sensei and the performers are connected by invisible thread.
When you see the film, be sure not to miss the scene with Kuririn and me (as my usual demure self)! If everyone supports it, maybe next we can get a soap opera type spin-off like "This Love, Kuririn & No.18" or something along those lines. I can’t wait for this film to be finished. I’ll see you all at the theater!

Don't be surprised if they don't have him till the day the movie is released in order to keep Vegeta's victory a secret cause I'm sure he'll want to talk about it.Tennessaiyan wrote:I know; it totally shouts "Vegeta secrecy," right? July 9th 2018 will be remembered as the day Broly became canon.

Count me in as someone who wants to see Vegeta shine.. I don't know if I want him to do it solo but I also want him to get more then a "clean up" victory like we saw with say Cooler.
Could you imagine the backlash there would be if Goku and Vegeta end up as equals in this movie?
