Either that, or they forgot his bandanna. Although you can kind of see it on the floor, shredded

I think he just meant that Super Saiyan is overused and that Gohan's mystic power-up was at least something different, not that Pan would have automatic access to that power-up by virtue of being Gohan's daughter. Though actually, I've always thought the latter would be a decent way to make Pan strong enough to matter without having to resort to making her the newesterest Super Saiyan.

That`s a pretty decent idea for a fan manga Herms. One that ignores GT of course.

This is how I felt, too. Super Saiyajin have been done to death, and by the Buu saga the standard Super Saiyajin form isn't even the best thing around. It's like "oh hey, you're SSJ now. Just like everyone else... Now reach SSJ3 or higher and you might be worth mentioning."

I see what you guys mean. I always wished we saw a new kind of transformation among Pan and Uub. Pan, for being 1/4 Saiyan, so she accesses something that ends up being a combination of Saiyan and Human, whereas Uub gets something that's caused by his "Boo-ness".

As for the power-up, it would have been interesting if Pan had some kind of minor influence from it. Basically just to explain why her potential is so huge, in a way that allows her to catch up the series heroes because of it.

Like a Super Human-jin?

But, seriously, would have definitely liked to have seen some sort of power up or ability for Pan, and maybe if the series had continued (yeah, right) maybe we would have seen one, because of that four-year -old-flies-around-the-world and stuff

Already done. She gets way more power than she deserves (Saiyan), then she gets discarded (Human).

Fused with Majin Buu.

I can never get sick of the super saiyan awesomeness. Yeah it's become cliche' but it seems to be the birth right of all the Saiyan protagonists. I think to make things interesting, Salagir and co should create new techniques for our protagonists and antagonists to use.

Again, the daizenshuu statement by itself just says that she hasn't already gone SSJ at age 4. Absolutely nothing else is mentioned in regards to her going or not going SSJ. It's not at all a matter of definitely yes or definitely no. We have absolutely no confirmation either way.

YOU are the one using GT as proof that she never will, which even then is stupid because we don't even see Pan fight after the age of 10. Your logic is the same as saying Vegeta should never have gone SSJ because he didn't already know how to in the Saiyan saga.
Read Herms’ comments concerning the Japanese I agree that it could be either way but I choose to believe the she cannot interpretation. Also given the mood at the end of GT and the Television Special I seriously doubt Pan ever attained Super Saiyan even though she had the potential to do so.

No, perhaps a Giji-Super Saiyan, imagine Pan here instead of Kakarrot. That would be more believable.

Wow, now you're talking about torturing little girls. Sure, she's fictional, but she's never done anything to deserve torture.

Apparently you don't remember the first half of GT. She was the most annoying character ever, aside from that little girl in the War of the Worlds remake.

Herm's comment read: "Even though as a quarter [Saiyan], she's never become an Oozaru or Super Saiyan, as might be expected, since she has Saiyan blood her fighting talent is outstanding."

In other words, the original is implying she has the potential. Otherwise they wouldn't have phrased it with "even though." If you choose potential to mean potentially no, that doesn't give you the right to repeatedly say they're pulling it out of their collective asses, when clearly it's you.
Here we go… I swear Bojack better get up torture her for hours and then kill her. We do not need another Cell and Dabra incident.
That's a bit of a childish comment considering you know already that he's not KO.

I dunno. An "unconscious/trancelike 'kind of' SSJ" seems weak to me. Maybe Half-SSJ (that Green-haired form of Broly's) instead?

Concerning SSJ Pan... (listen up, Professor)

What if... just what if (hear me out here)...

Salagir and crew haven't read the Daizenshuu and know nothing of this "diluted blood" rule?!?!?!?! *universe implodes*

I know, it's pretty out there, since we all know pretty much all fans have read every little piece of text in a series of long-out-of-print guidebooks which are written in a language they can't comprehend.

I know, it's a stretch, but... it's possible, right?

I was talking about the part in Herms’ comments that states, “which could mean that she never can, but not necessarily.”

I dunno. An "unconscious/trancelike 'kind of' SSJ" seems weak to me. Maybe Half-SSJ (that Green-haired form of Broly's) instead?
To me that is still giving her too much, the lack of control while in an altered state of consciousness could be the side effect of accessing the power with diluted blood.

Blah, blah…hey if you and the other guys can bitch about grain on a DVD or how the live action movie sucks, then I can bitch about something as well. Now you see how annoying it can be for someone to whine and complain all the time concerning something they have no control of, and I like to hear Dayspring and others thoughts on this issue anyway.

By the way, the Daizenshuu, GT Perfect Files etc. is official so I take its explanations over the manga and anime.

They complain about official products. You're proposing the torturing of a 14 year old girl in a fan comic over the fact that the author's decided to have fun by designing and using what is basically an 'original character' in terms of fan written history.

Not to mention you're aren't buying the comic and it's the 'way it is meant to be seen'.

Believe me, you are not going to "teach" anyone to stop being annoying by being annoying yourself. It's not like you have stopped being annoying by reading other people's annoying "whining", right?
Stop whining about people whining!

Since that was caused by the mind-control device, I doubt Pan would have that.

I suggest a half-Mystic form. Hair stands up but stays black, white aura, evil eyes.
