Anyway we don't know how/why that dude was able to land a hit on Piccolo... For all we know Piccolo was beaten up by Freeza, the dude got a lucky punch and then Piccolo killed him.

I'd imagine Gine can take generic soldiers, Roshi is shown knocking some down in the trailer it seems.

Bojack VS Perfect Cell pre-self destruction. No super forms.

If Perfect Cell's allowed to use his "full power," then he wins easily. If not, then he still wins, because they're similar in power but Cell's got regeneration and techniques and shiz going for him.

Saiyan Saga Goku Kaioken X3 vs. Oozaru Radditz.

Easy to just do some math on this one. Kaio-Ken x3 puts Goku at 24,000. Oozaru puts Raditz at 15,000. Even though he's limited to quick bursts, I'm thinking Goku's got enough of a power advantage to lay a beating on Raditz here. It's even easier for him to go for Raditz's tail and take away his transformation.

Rild vs. Gotenks-Boo

Normal Logic: Majin Boo wins easily, because a random machine mutant space-guy shouldn't be stronger than a powerful demon as ancient as history itself who became several times stronger by absorbing people.
GT Logic: General Rild wins easily, because {incomplete}.

Krillin (Android arc) vs. base Trunks (Mecha arc)

Poor Kuririn gets brutalized. It's not even close to fair.

We know where Trunks stands on the power scale when he first returned to the future after the Cell Games, but where do you think he stood three years later? Presumably he's been training. How strong do you think he was? Could he beat anyone he couldn't before?

He's closing on on SS Goku and Gohan, in my eyes. I don't think he and Vegeta were all THAT far behind, or anything. I think Trunks could at least fight on-par with Goku at this point.

SSJ2 Goku (Super 17 arc) vs. Super Baby 2

Normal Logic: {ERROR -- INCOMPATIBLE 'SUPER 17 ARC' PARAMETERS}
GT Logic: GT Goku inexplicably becomes 1,000x stronger between story arcs. He can now defeat anyone and everyone from the Baby arc in one blow.

Gine vs a common Freeza soldier (Not the ones from Namek).

Gine's problem in battle was said to be her personality, not her power. Certain alien races she and Bardock tried to fight may be a problem, but if she tries really hard, I'm sure she could beat the average Freeza soldier schlub.

SSJ2 Goten and Trunks vs. Super Perfect Cell

In my book, Super Saiyan 2 puts the boys roughly on-par with the power Cell used to fight SS Goku and Gohan. Super Perfect Cell is about twice as strong as even that. The kids get spanked.

Cell Games Kamiccolo vs. 50% MSSJ Goku

It's essentially a repeat of their 23rd World Tournament fight, and could go either way.
