It's been shown before that he isn't necessarily even aware of significant threats happening in his own galaxy, let alone the galaxy of another Kaiou. The damage we see to the Southern Galaxy is too inconsistent with a single blast or wave taking out the entire thing, since when we see the galaxy "disc" breaking up, we see holes forming in it at random spots with surrounding areas intact. If it was just a single wave being projected outward, then the damage should be uniform, but it's not. Instead, it looks more consistent with him going to a planetary system, blowing it up, then moving somewhere else, which would fit with the flashbacks we see of Burorii and Paragus.
That could simply indicate that he recognized it as the same ki signature, and not necessarily the size of the ki.sj1million wrote:In movie 8, Goku confirmed that Broli's Super Saiyan IS more powerful than all of theirs when he discovered Broli's ki signature. Paragus soon shows up and tells Broli to not raise his ki any further, revealing more depth to the suppressed Super Saiyan Broli that was already stated to be more powerful than everyone else.
