You have been a little rude lately. I don't know if it's intentional, but it comes off as really arrogant and mean.lost in thought wrote:Thanks for quoting the old post, Desire. I changed it because he's PMSing a little today (and I really didn't want to seem as rude as I came off.) Also, he is publishing it. The second it's on this board it's published for whatever person on the net who finds it.
Dayspring has been quite understanding about it, as far as I can see.
ps- 'old' post? I responded two minutes later

(é) Yeah, I'm famous. Super famous. I start things.

Lately?! It's mostly a today thing, really. I've been pretty humble, atleast compared to how I normally act, for quite awhile now.desirecampbell wrote:You have been a little rude lately. I don't know if it's intentional, but it comes off as really arrogant and mean.

ps- 'old' post? I responded two minutes later. Sorry I didn't wait for you to take your foot out of your mouth first
.
Anyway, I didn't do that intentionally before. I still think the text could have been done better, but I wasn't aiming to look like a jackass about it. (Hence the edit.) And because Dayspring is being a bit weird about things, so I wasn't looking to start an arguement.

Please stop using me in your arguments. I have yet to respond, so everything you say about me is false and would therefore be considered slander. I do not need to impress people or to justify my actions to anyone. Therefore, I didn't.lost in thought wrote:Lately?! It's mostly a today thing, really. If the quality of the scan, which was by no means done for you, turned out to offend you to the point where you repetedly accosted various members of the board over multiple threads, then good. Clearly you have yet to learn to pic and choose your battles, and this can serve as a learning experience for you. If I have confused you in any way, since you have admitted to easily misinterperating people's intentions in posts, your own post's intention being the example you chose, please note that my post's intent was to inform you that I am not pleased with your constant endeavours to insult my person or my work.
Finally, allow me to point out that you have made a significant error in your knowledge of the human anatomy. Men do not menstruate. That trait is associated solely with with the female sex. Since you admitted that it was not your intention to be rude, I will not insult your intelligence, but rather suggest an alternative method of humiliation for you: the insulting of a man's sexuality. Now the common term used by people as low class as yourself is the word "fag," however, I have always found language to be an excellent means of standing out of the crowd, so I suggest you use sinonyms of the word such as "homo" or "honey-nut-queerio," the latter being an amusing pun on the popular breakfast cereal.
Back on topic, I've often wondered why Toriyama didn't go the route of the geezer-Goku. Personally, it seems like it would have made a better transition from fighter to trainer (of both Pan and Uub). It would have made a nice contrast to Kamesennin entering the budoukai to gage the strength and maturity of his own disciples.
EDIT: Decided to look it up for you, Animeboy, and it turns out that the mini-manga was from 1989. Had it not been for the success of Dragon Boy, DB would never had been attempted. And for all us manga-purists: the last panel not only said he admired the filler scenes, but loved them too. SELF OWNED!

By the way, you missed a 'k' in the wall of text.

Jerseymilk: "Can I tell you something?"
B-kun: "What?"
Jerseymilk: "I see Fangirls."
