"Saichourou" means "Eldest." It's more of a title than a name, and since Muri inherits it when the Eldest dies, one could infer that we are never given Saichourou's Namekian name.
Yes. I know. Thus my saying that we don't know what his true Namekian name is/would-be :P.
You could always try "Guru"... What the hell am I thinking!?

'Tis true. Look at your sig for further proof: the plural of a ring is "rings," yet they chose to call the movie "ring 2" or, in other words, "rings without the S."
Aye. Using my own obsession with The Ring (and in retrospect, my avatar) against me. Well played.

Now, if I'm not mistaken, and it isn't fancanon (which could be on both accounts), Kami's original name was actually Piccolo. Of course, that would make no sense with the whole mollusk pun thing.
Battle High 2, starring Kyle Hebert as well as myself, has been released on Xbox 360, OUYA, PC, Linux, Mac, and Xbox One!

That's what I thought, but no one else said it. I didn't want to be the only one who said it.

For the longest time before I knew anything of "Saichourou," I would ask myself, "Guru? What's that Namek the the guru of?" I thought it meant he was some sort of expert on something . . . ngh.

Did anyone else notice how much a Namek's antenna resemble a snail's eyes?

Well, I'm sayin, I never saw it written or mentioned anywhere so I figured that a lot of people may have not have picked up on the obvious physical reference.
