Gohan even more disappointing?!

To be honest no matter how much i tried to like the new Gohan character design i just cant really accept it, he suppost to be in his 20 now but he looks like a freaking 15 year old kid, I mean WTF! what happened to old Gohan hairstyle from the manga? And the track suit just doesn't suit him because he just looks like a typical earthling instead of a martial artist. What do you guys think, Do you like the gohan new character design for fukkatsu no F or no?

Gohan is supposed to be what ~22 years old physically? It isn't that uncommon for somebody that age to look about 15, plus he is half saiyan. And he is a anime character so placing a exact age based on looks isn't really possible but he doesn't look that young to me.
I don't mind the jump suit so much but I do prefer the Buu arc clothes and art style.

umm no. Gohan literaly has no muscles here, dbz characters are constantly getting younger by every movie where they should be getting older, or are the writers doing that on purpose to make dragon ball fit in with the other mainstream shonen animes? Also why the f*ck is pilaf is still alive, didnt after buu saga they asked shenron that everyone besides all the evil people like pilaf shouldnt get revived? ohh yeah Toriyama probably forgot about that yet he kept him even though he was a boring milked uninteresting villian anyway.

I just wished we saw more of that Purple GI from the beginning of Boo Arc. I don't mind the haircut or tracksuit. He looks like himself. Not a Goku or Vegeta clone. I fucking hate DB characters with stand up hair like Yamcha or Vegeta. It's so lazy and stupid. Give them something unique. Which is why Teen Goten(EOZ) looked cool.

Well maybe they are. I would say the lack of muscle is the art direction change. Now if he was the only one that looked different then sure he would seem younger.

I think Toriyama took the wrong direction with Gohan's hair ever since the start of the Buu arc. Having the spiked look is fine for Super Saiyan and Ultimate forms but for Base Gohan it just seemed a little bit out of character for him to purposely spike his hair up. He never bothered doing that as a kid and always seemed like the type of person who'd go with a natural style rather than something fancy and made up, that was always something Chichi forced on him like in the Freeza arc.

After seeing Toriyama's concept sketches of teenage Gohan I really wish he had gone with something closer to the one on the far right since it would have been a natural progression from his Cell games hairstyle only with the sides being shaved more. Turning Super Saiyan still would have allowed for the spiked up look we all know but his normal state would have been more consistent with the natural look that we associated with younger Gohan which imo fit his innocent personality a bit better.

For a more mature adult Gohan that we see in the EoZ, BoG and the new movie I would have been fine with just going with a very short haircut seen in the top middle since it's very similar to Future Gohan.

It's not cool, but way better than the clothes in EoZ and GT. What he needs to lose are those glasses. I'm sick of Gohan wearing glasses. He doesn't even really need them. It looks stupid.

Of all things Toriyama did wrong with Buu arc Gohan, hair wasn't really one of them I think His Buu arc design is good!

He lives with Goku while still in school for the JSAT Special and next to them at the end of the manga. I don't think we know for certain where he lived during BOG and ROF though. Maybe he's staying at Satans house for a while because of the baby?

There is no Mt. Paozu in Toriyama's continuity, so I certainly hope not.
