Yea, it was kinda inconsistent. The thing with Dabura was that they figured he'd enjoy Hell too much, so they made him a regular denizen of Heaven. The thing I didn't get was that if Cell was strong enough to break out in the first place, if he kept his body and powers, what kept him from doing that over and over again? I understand the short answer is that filler is to be taken with a grain of salt, but still...Deus ex Machina wrote:
