Who cares about dates on calenders anymore? We have PDAs for that now.

I agree.Sun_Wukong wrote:Oh come on, that was uncalled for

I was thinking the same thing.Saiyan wrote:Hmm, I've been wondering, maybe the one that has Bulma as its image is actually a compilation of the 6 calendars of the faces (Goku, Gohan, Vegeta, Trunks, Piccolo, and Kame-sennin) plus a bonus. Not a separate character...but that's just my thought.
I see what you're saying. I'm only getting them for the beautiful art. A true Dragonball collection contains Manga, Anime (dvd/vhs) and Video Games IMO. Sure, there's toys, but should I start collection those, it'll only happen after I have every DVD and Manga. As for other things, like cards/posters/cels etc., there are just WAY to many out there and I don't think I'll ever start collecting those..only my opinionMr.Piccolo wrote:Does it make me a bad fan to say these calanders are pointless. Just kind of a warning: Please type correctly, or else you're gonna be banned from here pretty quickly.Synthe wrote:Trunks looks kind of ugly in the image. I think it's [because] they darkened parts of his face.
That's the calender I should've got.fps_anth wrote:Some new pics of the inside I found:

These look really nice. I'll probably buy some after Wii drops. Anyone have more images of the inside of these?
Yes Mr. Piccolo, yes it does make you a bad fan.Mr.Piccolo wrote:Does it make me a bad fan to say these calanders are pointless. New Games and toys are fine to me but a calander is a bit excessive imo..
No, each calender is different. The six calenders each contain 12 pages (months) for the character on the cover. They're all newly drawn, but some of the poses and compositions look like they've been borrowed from scenes in the series. (For example, there is one page of Cell arc Vegeta with a tear in his eye, posed like Majin Vegeta before he blew himself up.)DaemonCorps wrote:So, is it pretty much confirmed that each calendar is the same thing, but with a different cover? Since you've got all of the calendars, can you give the rest of us a rundown of each one, with scans if possible?Deus ex Machina wrote:No, each calender is different. And before anyone asks, the Kame-sen'nin calender doesn't include any Pafu-Pafu girls. And don't be fooled by the Trunks calender; the art inside looks much better than the cover page.
