Fly from Safari Zone to Cinnabar Island, Surf around it 5 times without encountering a wild Pokemon, and then use Strength on the truck near the S.S. Anne. There, you'll encounter a Wild Julian.

Especialy the scond one, because I think it's somehow tells how to get the DVDs or Pre-Order it.
1: Cut out the order form below, being sure to completely fill it out.
* Photocopies of the order form will not be accepted.
① 7-digit zip code
② Address (Please include the name of an apartment)
③ Full Name
④ Parents Name
⑤ Phone Number
⑥ Date of Birth
⑦ Gender
⑧ Order Quantity of Desired Products

2: On the front side of the postcard, as shown on the right-hand pages figure, please fill in the form with your name – address – phone number.
3: On the back side of the postcard, carefully fill in the order form, then please mail it in.
4: The registration deadline for postal orders is January 31st (Saturday) <valid postmark on that day>.
5: ... *This says something about "return to sender" through convenience stores if an order doesn't have a postcard, or something... not quite sure.*

I didn't have a chance to have Herms look it over, but I think I did a pretty good job with it. I hope it helps. "Anyways", here's the Japanese if anyone else wants to take a stab at it:

⑧ Order Quantity of Desired Products

Is someone willing to order a shitload and then sell to other members on the forum?

Yea, me too :)
For all the flack that FUNimation gets on this forum for their quote about DBZ, there's some modicum of truth to it: a 9-year-old is born every day. Or in some cases, "reborn". DBZ may be a kids' show, but it's been so close to so many hearts all over Japan, America, and quite possibly, even the world.
lmao... whoever fulfills these orders is about to make a killing. I wonder if there's a per-person limit.

I'd want to hop on the bandwagon too though, if there's room. :P

Regarding the DVD, I've got Julian on the job! For me, at least :P.
*cough cough*

You're not the only one with a Julian in Japan :P.
 .... *Thinking hard...* Julian!!! Marry me!!! - Alternatively perhaps you might like to make a DVD contribution to the 'Sarah wants the new special on DVD' charitable fund?

That’s how I feel. While I do know a guy in Japan, I haven’t talked to him for over two years, so it would be kind of rude to just be like “Hey can you pick me up the latest JUMP and send away for this DVD on my behalf then send it to the States?”

Plus, I’d much rather save my favors for something bigger, like a Blu-ray DragonBox, if such an item ever hit the market…

I'd love to get a copy. I've been checking to see if people I know still live in Japan, however I know my one friend had to move back to the States.

So yeah, I'd throw in on a copy if someone could make it happen.

Now I have a problem... I have the issue ((DUH))

But I don't know if they accept the postcard from outside Japan! Plus, I can't read, speak nor write Japanese.

But on second thought, it's an R2 DVD from Japan, and I don't think it'll have English subtitles... but the online version was subtitled in English!!

So... do you think we will have it in the DVD?
