And thus, Vegeta finally both beats and kills Goku in a one on one fight. Not exactly the one he's been gunning for but close enough.
When someone tells you, "Don't present your opinion as fact," what they're actually saying is, "Don't present your opinion with any conviction. Because I don't like your opinion, and I want to be able to dismiss it as easily as possible." Don't fall for it.

Finally? Vegeta beat Goku every time they fought. He may have lost in the Saiyan Arc, but it wasn't Goku who beat him. Should have been pissed at Gohan, Kuririn and Yajirobe for his life. lol

Well, in their 1st fight, Vegeta had to use Oozaru to beat Goku, and in their 2nd fight, no one won, Vegeta just KOed him after they stopped fighting.

He didn't have to. At the point where he decided to use the Ozaru form, Goku had already taken significant damage from the Kaio-ken. Vegeta just wanted to to go for overkill for humiliating him so badly, but then that backfired too. Not because of Goku though. Goku was practically pile of broken bones that were barely able to stand at that point.

As for the second round, it's a fight, not a tournament. There are no rules. Vegeta knocked Goku out after Goku dropped his guard, the same as he did with Freeza and Sorbet. Just as much of a win for both opponents.

Except the fight was already over by that point. Vegeta only knocked him out because he wanted to fight Boo by himself, he didn't consider that a 'victory'.

He may not have considered the second bout a win because he didn't defeat him based solely on ability, but he still won.

But Vegeta wasn't aware of that, if he was, he wouldn't have to use Oozaru at all. In his mind, Goku surpassed him and almost defeated him, and he was forced to use Oozaru, which he disliked, in order to beat him.

The fight was over, and Vegeta didn't do it so that he can say "Haha I won!", the only reason he knocked him out was so that he can take care of Boo by himself. He didn't play dirty to win like Freeza did, it had nothing to do with their fight.

Vegeta wants to defeat Goku in a fair, one-on-one fight, in order to prove his superiority. He never managed to do that.

Vegeta already defeated Goku in a one-on-one fight, after he turned Oozaru Goku admitted defeat. And Vegeta wasn't as reluctant to turn Oozaru as you're making it seem. He was pretty excited for it actually.

"He didn't have to." Is that seriously your argument? Goku could have destroyed Vegeta at many, many, many points in the series (including the ending), but he "didn't have to" either.

Vegeta didn't need Oozaru. Goku had no power left after the beam struggle; Kaio himself said as much, and Yajirobe was able to hurt him badly by accident with a pat on the back. Vegeta had already won, Goku could barely stand. He just went Oozaru to be an asshole.

He's probably referring to the Bardock special. Zarbon was the one who first recommended destroying Planet Vegeta because the saiyans were rapidly growing in strength.

Like with Freeza, where he starts off over 10 times stronger than all his henchmen except Ginyu (because...well, just because), then we find out he can transform and get even more powerful, and then he reveals he can transform two more times, before finally coming out with the fact that he hasn't even been using anywhere near 50% of his power. Oh, and he can survive in the vacuum of space. All this stuff is just presented as the way Freeza is, without even an attempt at rationalizing it, yet the tone dictates we're supposed to take all this silly grasping at straws as thrilling danger. So I guess I don't really take the power inflation in the Boo arc seriously, but I don't take the power inflation in earlier arcs seriously either, so there's no net loss of seriousness. I think a silly story presented as serious is harder to accept than a silly story presented as silly.

No he wasn't. His dialogue was something along the lines of, "The Oozaru is something that's used to wipe out civilizations, and now I need it for one single person! How repugnant..." I think he also mentioned regarding it as a hideous form.
Yamcha: Do you remember the spell to release him - do you know all the words?
Bulma: Of course! I'm not gonna pull a Frieza and screw it up!
Master Roshi: Bulma, I think Frieza failed because he wore too many clothes!

Yeah. Xenoverse also has him stating that the form "disgusts him."

Did...Vegeta rip his hear out? That's almost unexpectedly brutal. Even for Vege -

Vegeta just straight up physically punched a guy's head off. This is mild.

I'm aware, but Vegeta wasn't. He didn't know that Goku was getting damaged from Kaio-ken, all he saw was Goku's power surpassing his, and then transformed because he believed he had to.

This. Vegeta never beat Goku.
What? Of course he did. Goku was done, completely broken and pretty much unable to move, let alone stand. All that was left was for Vegeta to give him the finishing blow which only didn't happen because Krillin and Gohan interfered. If it was a tournament, even without Vegeta killing Goku, Goku would have lost due to not being able to stand and/or because other people interfered in his behalf.

There is no doubt that Vegeta won against Goku in the Saiyan arc in their solo fight. Vegeta just didn't like it because he had way much more trouble with Goku than his pride felt comfortable with, which was made worse by the fact that, thanks to the combined efforts of all the Earthlings, he ultimately had to retreat.

I'm talking about how things went from Vegeta's point of view. Vegeta won, but he was forced to use Oozaru in order to win, something he shouldn't have to use against someone like Goku, and something he disliked using in general. The fact that a low-class surpassed him without transforming hurt his pride. Which is why he wasn't satisfied with his victory in their solo fight.
