That is true. I completely forgot about that, so thanks for pointing it out. I guess that would mean whoever wrote the eyecatch theme was the one who screwed up, so the animators are off the hook.

Well, it's just odd that the DBZ season sets were a anamorphic widescreen release, but had letter box widescreen menus (aka, full screen). But the DBGT season sets that were released in full screen had not only anamorphic widescreen menus, but they made them super widescreen. You would think it would be the other way around.

I should note I'm aware of the recording differences between American and Japanese animation, but I tried to interrupt a bit less than a normally do and didn't see a place to jump in to comment on it.

The nice thing about the american style, it lets the actors breathe and it also allows for ad libbing, which has lead to some of the more classic lines we all remember from our favorite shows (one of my personal favorites was Megatron in Beast Wars going 'Yessss').

Okay, I get it, I guess I just wasn't paying as much attention to that part in the conversation.

On a side note, does anyone know if the dub dialogue on these sets is edited or uncut? I get my set in 2 more days and would like to get some clarification on that.

I'am pretty sure it's uncut. I've heard them say "Mr.Satan" a lot now that I've actually been watching one episode before I go to bed.

But then again, I don't have the original single DVD's so I don't have anything to compare it with.

Next time you are obligated to correct me. I demand it! I don't know why, but that totally slipped my mind. Oh well, now it's on tape, so I'm screwed either way.

Your wish has been granted:

Bit by bit, I'm falling under your spell.
Your smile's all I need to see to know we'll,
leave this endless darkness, come along with me!
Hold my Hand

Back when you first came into my life,
I recalled a place that I knew as a child.
A special place, one that I held close to my heart.
Won't you lead me in a dance down this Winding Road?
Where Light and Shadow in twain to take hold,
of the thought of the one left far behind.

Know that sometimes, I want, to turn, around and see the things, that I've passed on the journey.
But know, with love on my side, with courage and pride, I'll fight, I will carry on!

Bit by bit, I'm falling under your charm.
You'll keep me and all the world far from harm,
bring hope to everyone, take in your eternity.

Even when seems that I don't need you,
just know that I am in love, can't wait to,
leave this endless darkness.
Won't you come along with me?
Hold my Hand

Well, Alan and Bryce of Otaku Generation did an interview with him last year (I wasn't there for that recording) and to tell the truth, he's not a bad guy overall. Problem, though, is his "fan club" is only there because FMA/Ed fan grrls, which again, I don't fault him for that. It's just for all intents and purposes, I really don't like how the "neo-shonen" label got slapped on FMA for no apparent reason whatsoever...

Granted, I like emo...but there is such a thing as too much emo...

Vic generally does good work, but his fans in general need to shut up.[/quote]
Jefferson Eng - As heard on the Otaku Generation podcast

Tom Servo: Oh, they're flying into a Roger Dean album cover.
Crow T. Robot: They're very into Yes on this planet.
