Vegeta may not even keep it. Goku only kept the power because hes a fighting genius. Vegeta will very likely have the time limit situation to deal with and if it runs out hed have to do the ritual again.

I'm honestly hoping we don't get the movie super right after it comes out in Japan.

I'd like for it to at least wait until after Japan gets a TV airing, that way if there's another extended edition, we can likely get that again. If we got the standard movie first and then the extended version shortly after that, I know I'd be one of those mooks who fall into the trap that buy it twice without missing a beat.

I'd agree, but then you'd have to deal with the "piracy is ok because I shouldn't have to wait" crowd that pop up whenever this happens. I seem to recall there being a discussion on that in the previous movie thread.

All relevant news is tagged appropriately on the site for easy digging-back.

Near as I can tell, the first international news we saw was Latin American theater announcements at the end of May (so two months after its Japanese theatrical debut). Once July hit, the additional international announcements were constant. The first international home release announcement was in November for Hong Kong.

You're probably right about Vegeta, I can't see Toriyama to give Vegeta such a permanent power. But I'm talking about 4th Freeza and his ability to fight Base Goku(who obviously has God power absorbed as Toriyama confirmed that he doesn't even need to take the look of the Saiyan God to fight relatively in the same performance) on par, but 4th form Freeza shouldn't even see Goku's movements, not to dodge in addition. I would think If SSJ3 Goku wasn't able to detect Beerus' movements, for Frieza the case should be even worse, souldn't it? I guess Frieza managed to absorb his God/Evolution power and that scene is misleading, because Frieza has the power of his evoluated himself in his 4th form. But if it will turn out to be true, I will commit suicide.

Bejita too is a fighting genius, I think the ritual is just for one time to make a statement.
That this is a new level of power/ ki, a physical powerup without too much of a change as a transformation, Like Freeza is getting now. It is like the cup of transformations Is full for Goku. With this Toriyama can correct his transformation dilemma.

I think we will be disappointed because even if they will apear they will be not so different, but I'd say Goten's hair will be changed if it went so for Gohan too.

Gohan getting a haircut does make me hopeful that Goten gets one too. I'd like to hope they'll look as old as Trunks in the Trunks Special, but they are using them (and Bulma's backyard) to advertise DBHeroes still, so I guess they can't make them appear too old b/c who will be their spokescharacters?

The idea of Freeza returning seems rather fanficy, but I'm curious to see how it turns out.

I just noticed that there was an eleven episode break between Koga Gou's last two episodes of Disk Wars: Avengers, Episode #24 and Episode #35. His break between Episode #7 and Episode #16 was not as long, so I have to wonder if he was working on another project? He hasn't had any credits other than Disk Wars: Avengers this year, so if he was working on another project it hasn't been released yet. Maybe he did some storyboarding for Dragon Ball Z: Fukkatsu no F? He's a pretty good director, especially when paired with a talented animation supervisor so it'll be interesting to see if his expertise were enlisted here.

His Disk Wars: Avengers #16 and One Piece Episode #420 are really good. He has a wonderful sense of mood, which would've been perfect for a darker film like Fukkatsu no F. It'd be a shame if he wasn't helping out here.

Did anyone else notice that Freeza's stomache on the key chain strap is white instead of purple, like in the trailer? Maybe it's not an animation mistake, and that's all his new transformation entails... It'd be funny if he powers up to his new transformation and Goku can't tell the difference in his appearance, and Freeza gets pissed off because of it.

I noticed it on the toy, but not in the trailer. That's so weird. Could something so simple really mean anything?
