I think I'm with DBZGTKOSDH on this one. Putting aside "GT Logic," Super Vegeto had such an extreme lead on everyone and everything in DBZ that he's still a top-tier player among GT's powers. But Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta is almost as much overkill for everything in GT as Super Vegetto was in Z.

Gogeta fucks around and Vegetto wins by default.

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

Or millions of times stronger going by the SEG... or not?
Not. The fighters' power is not in numbers, the numbers just represent their power. Let's say that Goku's battle power was 74.830.234, and Vegeta's 74.730.451, it makes zero sense to me that Vegetto's battle power would be 5.592.097.135.255.534. And that's not because it's a crazy number, it's because it doesn't make sense for this to work like that. It's not the same like when someone gets a x2, x10 or x50 increase. That's Goku taking a x74.730.451 increase, which doesn't make any sense, because the powers are not numbers.

You jump to conclusions with too much implications too fast.
I can't see it any other way. The writers said that Vegetto is perhaps stronger than a Super Saiyan 4 (Goku, since he was the only one at the time). This means (at for me) that he is slightly stronger than Goku.

But the crucial difference between them lies not only in how they view the world, but in how the world views them.

Superman is, and always has been, a symbol for truth, justice, and upstanding moral fortitude–a role model and leader as much as a fighter. The more down-to-earth Goku has no illusions about being responsible for maintaining social order, or for setting some kind of moral example for the entire world. Goku is simply a martial artist who’s devoted his life toward perfecting his fighting skills and other abilities. Though never shy about risking his life to save either one person or the entire world, he just doesn’t believe that the balance of the world rests in any way on his shoulders, and he has no need to shape any part of it in his image. Goku is an idealist, and believes that there is some good in everyone, but he is unconcerned with the big picture of the world…unless it has to do with some kind of fight. Politics, society, law and order don’t have much bearing on his life, but he’s a man who knows right from wrong.

Vegetto: Goku x Vegeta
Gogeta: Goku + Vegeta x100(My opinion of a fusion increase).
Lets use Namek power levels to prove a point
Vegetto: 3,000,000 x 2,000,000 = 6,000,000,000,000
Gogeta: 3,000,000 + 2,000,000 x 100 = 500,000,000 x4,000 = 2,000,000,000,000
Base Vegetto > SSJ4 Gogeta.
SSJ3 Vegetto grapes SSJ4 Gogeta over 8,000x over.

Again someone take "perhaps" as guarantee of something that wasn't exactly said?
It says Goku x Vegeta. I take it literally since their is nothing going against it. If someone can provide a better method of figuring out Vegetto's power then by all means show it.

I'm not going to use GT characters while selectively ignoring things that make them as strong as they are. That's not using "manga logic" that's just cherry picking.

And I cannot see the logic in "perhaps = definitely".

I say that people in GT as early as Super Baby Vegeta 2 are stronger than Super Vegetto. Super Baby Vegeta is stated to be the strongest ki Goku has ever sensed after all.

I would think Goku himself is stronger than Super Vegetto. Since Pure Boo was the strongest form of Boo in the anime, and I believe base Goku in GT surpassed that level.

Goku WAS Vegetto, and I don't think "yourself" necessarily applies to statements like that. He said the same "most amazin' ki" sort of line about Fat Janemba, for example, but Goku clearly had THAT power outmatched.

We could/should probably still take that to mean that Baby-Vegeta was stronger than Gohan-absorbed Boo at that point, at least. (Stronger than Bils might be pushing it, but time will tell.)

I think all fusions are fusee (max potential) plus fusee (max potential). I'll use movie 12 for example; Goku (x 400 for SSJ3) + Vegeta (x 100 for SSJ2) = Base Gogeta. Same thing goes for Base Vegetto, just add a rivalry boost.

Vegeta's max potential (well, potential is a weird word, rather hidden power) is still x400. Not having SSJ3 unlocked doesn't magically reduce his hidden power by 4.

Tenshinhan owns.

Paikuhan was doing well till the warp kamehameha because he was just much stronger than Goku.

At equal powerlevels I give it to Tenshinhan as I would Goku, he's not a lot less skilled than Son.

I think he could win without Kikoho, with it definitely.

Along with pretty much everyone. If it wasn't worth using against Piccolo, you know the technique must actually be pretty shit.

Hell, Tenshinhan openly says he won't use it against Goku because it wouldn't work.
