Toriyama's GT Designs

Discussion, generally of an in-universe nature, regarding any aspect of the franchise (including movies, spin-offs, etc.) such as: techniques, character relationships, internal back-history, its universe, and more.

That would be a really good answer, if the Golden Ozaru transformation was removed out of the equation, which more than once I thought it would be a better option. Imagine this: Goku begins transforming into Ozaru, but since he is conscious about what's going to happen, and is so powerful now, he resists the transformation. To cope with it, the body undergoes a new transformation between Super Saiyan and Ozaru.

About Piccolo's power, maybe it's magical power and not actually fighting power. Maybe they're separate things.

Yeah Gt is such a mess. Thinking about all of it will give you unsolved thoughts. I want to know if Toriyama made a Vegeta design as a SS4

Toriyama does not concern himself with trivial characters like Vegeta. If it is not “Goku”, why even bother attempting to design something.
The Saiyans are very much like the Klingons and Jem'Hadar.

Toriyama didn't have anything to do with the Super Saiya-jin 4 design. All of those designs were done by Nakatsuru Katsuyoshi. The only Super Saiya-jin 4 artwork we have is the sketch he made of SSJ4 Gogeta in the Dragon Book.

I thought the sketch was of Super Saiyan 4 Kakarrot not Super Saiyan 4 Gogeta.

Yeah, it's Goku rather than Gogeta.

Is just only me or Toriyama's sketch of SSJ4 Goku depicts him as a child?

Bah! :P Seriously, I can't picture an adult Goku in that SSJ4 design. He looks too childish.
And I noticed Trunks has a gun in that concept art similar to Bulma's guns in DBE.

Too lazy to use ki in his older age.

Can't believe Toriyama is responsible for Vegeta's stache and bucket cut.
