Actually, its the Oil Pastel Brush in Painter, so the colors are all digital. That program mimics different mediums really well.

Sheesh. been awhile since I took a peeksie in here. Guess it couldn't hurt to drop something.

Well, here's one animation I'm in the middle of. I'm thinking that eventually Goten might end up going through a sequence of facial expressions to showcase his range, but for now there's just the one and a few blinks to go with it.

Unfinished: Goten lights up!!

Also, I'm pretty sure that his hair is going to end up blowing around like the Goten in my avatar.

EDIT: Shit. Goten needs clothes!

By the way, I'm wondering, what program do you use to animate these? Do you use ImageReady or something like that?

Thanks so much for the kind words, Kino.

I tend to swap between Gif Construction Set Professional and Gif Movie Gear. Both are excellent animation programs and each is available for download as a free trial version, so it really just comes down to how much you're willing to pay at the end of the trial period (between $25-$30).

Here's a (non-DragonBall related) example of what these programs are capable of if you're seriously interested in either one.

My gosh those are absolutely brilliant! I usually don't compliment every good drawing I see but this is beyond good. Kudos I wish I had enough talent to do that. Your worst doodle is probably better then my best drawing

Yea, I'd have to agree. AnnouncerGuy is one of my favorite artists on Deviantart. Her drawings have a lot of the same spirit and character that Akira Toriyama has, too, and she captures those Dragonball pics oh so much better than I ever could. Simply amazing.

After wasting too much time with a random story generato, I decided to make a random DBZ Fanfic generator (Umm... for parody purposes... because... good fanfics can't be so easily created...).
Not done yet, but I put up a few examples at randomness... but I thought this one might be worth fanstuffing.

Farmer with Shotgun, Bra, Gogeta, Trunks, Chaozu, and Dende were hanging out at Room29. Trunks dropped Trunks' virginity as Super #17 attacked The Tournament arena, to kill Goku. Bra jumped in the way and demanded that Super #17 stop being evil, but Super #17 hit Bra with a burning attack! Bra took the attack with minimal damage and countered with a shotgun. Gogeta jumped in the way and demanded that Super #17 stop being evil, but Super #17 hit Gogeta with a final flash! Gogeta was sent to the ground in a massive explosion, but managed to stand and release a Unicorn neo at Super #17. Trunks was terrified at
the presence of Super #17 and couldn't figure out what was going on. Super #17 retrieved The keys to room 29 from the moon, but Dende flew in and delivered a megaton punch and took it back to The room of spirit and time.

Bardock was running from fangirls at Kanats. King Kai yelled at Bardock when Dabra attacked Namek, looking for someone that can solve the crisis in an alternate universe. Dabra suddenly appeared behind Bardock, grabbing him by the tail!

... Which gives an idea for maybe a real fanfic.

Gotenks, Farmer with Shotgun, and Gogeta were trying to escape Frankenbell at The Tournament arena. Suddenly, #24 attacked Goten and Trunks' clubhouse, to pick up some chinese food. Gotenks screamed in outrage and charged at #24, despite Gotenks's protests. #24 smirked and with a powerful mafuba, sent Gotenks to the ground in pain. Gogeta watched in horror as #24 rained destruction on Broli's bathtub with a Kamekameha. When #24 came after Gotenks with a destructive wave, Gogeta launched a breath blast to stop it. #24 laughed and attempted to force away Gogeta's attack, but was soon putting forth great effort to overpower it. In a great explosion, both #24 and Gogeta were thrown back, breathing heavily.

Yah... I kinda want to add a way to have OCs and a story with no villains, but that's a lot harder to randomly put in than "villain randomly attacks. Fight." (Wonder why Movie13 was the only one with a decent non-villain OC?
