Nowhere does it say that Kid Buu was the strongest?

I take it you are talking about the anime version only? Canonically Goku was pretty even with Chibi Boo during their fight. We see Goku give six direct attacks to Chibi Boo, and Chibi Boo only lands five direct attacks in return. The rest of it is mostly some small scuffles where neither opponent has the advantage.

Lets not forget in both th Anime and Manga Goku comments on Buu NEVER losing strength and always regenerating to a new form. Goku did get tired.

Kid Buu was stronger than Goku.

What Duo said is what I believe as well. Chibi Boo was equal to Goku in ki. He just didn't lose any during battle.

The statement I believe you are referring to, in which Goku states that Chibi Buu is the strongest Buu (not literaly, though), starts at 05:51.

He does say: "Majin Buu... Fuzaketa yatsu da ga, power mo, speed mo, kaifukuryoku mo sugee ze. Ima made no Buu to wa ______ (word I can't understand but should be the one in which Goku tells us his personal opinion about this Buu comparing with the other forms). Tondemonaku sugee ze! (not sure on the 2nd "sugee" part)"

Although I could atempt to translate that, I'd rather have someone who's used to translate Japanese into English to do it with this sentences so the real meaning doesn't get lost.

Chibi Buu doesn't really give the vibe of a super dangerous powerful villain, he's more like:

"Whatever." *blows up planet he's on*

Basically, he's saying, "He's very different from the Buus we've seen up till now. He's incredibly strong!" (though, since this is Gokuu, my translation completely lacks in the "hickness" that should be there

Actually, he would lose ki if Goku was as strong as everyone's saying. It's why Mr. Buu lost ki when fighting Chibi.

And we don't need to prove Phenomenol wrong: if you do he'll say you're nitpicking or flat out ignore the evidence and act as if you never presented it (ie: my Southern Kaioshin example being answered with "There are no plotholes in the anime").

Well, it's pointed out that Chibi Boo recovers more effectively and faster than the other Boo's, and there's also the fact Chibi Boo was assaulting Mister Boo much longer than Goku was against Chibi, plus Goku didn't go all-out from the beginning.

I think I'm about the only person here who could accurately be accused of nitpicking.
