I guess he is one of the stronger humans (he is human right?), because I am sure he is stronger than Mr. Satan and Videl and most earth fighters except for the gang (Kuririn, Yamucha, Tenshinhan). He might be a a little stronger the Chaotzu, but who knows. I wonder if Mr. Popo can fly.

I'm pretty sure Popo is not human; he's been God's Assistant for centuries, right?

Well, he would have to be stronger than Goku was when Goku defeated Daimao, but he is most likely weaker than all the human fighters during the Nappa fight.

I think he's more skilled than powerful, personally. I don't think he was physically stronger than Goku, it's just that Goku couldn't lay a finger on him.

How much skill does it take to eat a kamehameha?

Yeah though, he was more skilled. He didn't waste his energy, he had 'eyes in the back of his head' as Goku put it.. I think he was strong though. His punches hurt Goku and he blocked Goku's own punches with no problem.

As for flying, he seems to float in one panel of the manga.

Wow I did not know that. I knew he was always there to assist the gods, but did not know he was sent from the afterlife. Thanks for the info Herms.

No. There are lots of races indigenous to the afterlife. The Kaio, the Kaioshin, the demons who live in Hell, etc.
