It seems Daizenshuu EX has been incredibly improved in the course of only a day! That's amazing! Coincidentally, Kanzentai has become a bit of a shithole...but hey, we can't all be Daizenshuu EX! 8)

LOL.

Yeah, pretty good one this year, but I kinda came to expect the joke, so unfortunately, I couldn't enjoy it as much this time around. I love the DBKai OP! lol

Haha... I LOL'd.

I'm really enjoying the direction that Kai is going to take, if the new opening is anything to go by.

I obviously wrote and click on kanzentai.com, daizex appeared.... I checked the news, okay..... then wrote and click on daizex, kanzentai.com appeared.... Finally I noticed the message on daizex and was like: God damn it, where is all that good stuff from kanzentai here then.... after 1 minute, I realized that I'm one great twisted shithead. Cool april's fools this year, didn't expected something like that

I was actaully very much looking forward to April Fool's Day this year... I haven't been tricked yet (I actaully thought that this was probably what they were going to do), however, I did in fact laugh when I read why the sites were "gone." Nicely done, Daizenshuu EX and Kanzentai. Kanzenshuu EX next year?

I laughed so hard at:
Sure, we'll all miss Mike and the podcast and New Jersey, but that’s just the price you have to pay for perfection.

Because I'm in NJ too.

But now I can't tell if that Tenshinhan piece is true or not because it was posted today too.
On hiatus.

90% of the podcast listeners were destroyed in the thermonuclear warhead attack.

I was so excited for the forum to come back up today, that I totally forgot that there was going to be an April Fool's prank. Great job VegettoEX and Hujio, this is truly a great accomplishment, and I don't think anyone saw it coming.

With Kai premiering on Saturday (and me being on Spring Break right now), this is really an awesome week!

Unless it's Toei pulling a prank, it is indeed real.

It's till April 1st over here dammit! Put your sites back, I wasn't done laughing at them!! But seriously, does anyone have what each one posted in regards to stealing the other's saved? It's something that very much warrants being archived.

Well, here's the text of the Kanzentai April Fools update:
Kai "OP" Leaked! Kanzentai Stands Alone!

Trying to find Daizenshuu EX? Well, about that... See, here at Kanzentai, we are always striving to be the perfect DragonBall fansite, as befits our name. And so we finally realized yesterday, after that 30th beer or so, that in order for us to be truly perfect we must have no rivals. To that effect, we have used our massive stockpile of thermonuclear warheads to wipe Daizenshuu EX and anything and everything associated with it right off the face of the Earth (of course we have a massive stockpile of thermonuclear warheads; when we say "perfect fansite", we mean it). Sure, we'll all miss Mike and the podcast and New Jersey, but that’s just the price you have to pay for perfection.

Anyway, to make this day even grander, one of our inside sources has just sent us a video of the opening animation for DragonBall Kai! It's certainly a departure from past openings, but I for one think it wonderfully modernizes the spirit of the original openings. And hey, ya gotta love hemoglobin in the atmosphere!
And here's the supposed Kai opening (somehow I doubt we actually fooled anyone, but then we always were sophisticated rhetoricians intoxicated by the exuberance of our own pomposity).
Kanzenshuu: Is that place still around?
Sometimes, I tweet things
We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

Here's what we had on our site (and therefore... uhh... on Kanzentai):
Daizenshuu EX wrote:"Kanzentai" Bought-Out
VegettoEX @ 8:30 am EST -- Trying to find Kanzentai? Well, about that... See, here at Daizenshuu EX, we are always striving to be the all-encompassing DB fansite, as befits our name. We finally realized (after that 30th beer or so), that in order for us to be truly all-encompassing, we must have no rivals. With the incoming donations, we figured it was best to just give Hujio and Herms the "out" they have been waiting for. They never really enjoyed this whole fansite thing, anyway, and it was all just a jealous endeavor to try and best us here at Daizenshuu EX. As you can see, we have replaced the entirety of what was once "Kanzentai", and urge you to continue to follow the true "perfect" site over at Daizenshuu EX. It's great to have you with us.
