Yesterday I came across with this image:
I wondered if there isn't any reference to Vegeta Super Saiyan forms and Bebi forms?I remember the theory that each Bebi form is equivalent to Vegeta SSJ forms- SSJ, SSJ2 and SSJ3. And the hair actually matches those forms pretty well, specially SSJ2 hair and Bebi 2nd form.

I don't know, I always thought that Vegeta merged with Bebi mutated to Bebi's appearance, when he was still living Tsufuru-jin (no mention that eyes and lines on face). There is one short flashback on the Tsufuru king body an he looks like like the final form of Bebi-Vegeta.

Yeah, that is also true. However we can see Vegeta's hair change in all three forms, specially in the 2nd form his hair mimics that of SSJ2 and in his last form the eyebrows disappeared like in SSJ3.
About Tuffles I thought they look like blue haired punks with high tech?

Isn't that just filler though? I don't know if there's an official Toriyama design for them.
That said, of course, Toei made GT as well as the filler, so you'd think they'd use the design they came up with.

Akira Toriyama designed them for filler.

Did he? Okay then.

You say it as though we only give those answers to be funny. Being filler is a legitimate reason for something not fitting in with the rest of the work. Nothing causes plotholes like multiple authors.
Personally, I see GT and filler as the same in that regard. It's not that I dislike them, it's just that information within them usually wouldn't have been in Mr Toriyama's mind when he wrote the rest of the story, and the information can't be used as evidence for something later on. Sometimes 'it's GT' or 'it's filler' isn't a smart-alec response.

Bussani: You can't take this seriously, I was meaning it as a joke, because there was a big debate some time ago, how everyone saying as answer, that GT is non-canon, so you can't look for answers in it.
So I just made a little joke, that you said it's because it's a filler.....
But in this filler, the Tsufuru's story is really work of Toriyama.

You mean that filler or my weird sense of humor?

It's true that I have a big trouble to telling jokes to people in Great Britain and Australia and if someone of them telling me a joke, I don't consider it funny in any way...... + my sense of humor is really weird and most of people don't understand me

There's not a whole lot that I can really make out. The title at the top of the page reads "Is it true that Vegeta becomes an enemy?" and "It's true!!". The form after Baby initially takes control of Vegeta (where he has white hair and those face markings, but otherwise looks the same) is labled "Vegeta Baby", while his form after growing shoulder pads is called "Super Baby Final Form 1", and his last form (with the latax-like suit) is "Super Baby Final Form 2".

So it's more like Cell's three bipedal forms, then?

Could "Super" being a reference to Super Saiyan?

Probably not. It's written out in katakana, as opposed to kanji with "Super" spelled out in furigana like how "Super Saiyan" is normally written. This way of writing "Super" gets used for everything and anything, from Garlick Jr.'s giant form, to Oob's power-up after merging with Majin Boo, so there's really nothing to say that it has any connection to Super Saiyan, unless there's something in the small print I can't read.

Sort of off topic, but is that actually a latex suit? It just sort of manifests out of no where, so I figured that it was just the way his body was after merging so closely.
