New Original DBZ Story Idea

Julian and I were talking this evening about Goku's spaceship, the rumor, things to fix, etc. Something dawned upon me. Goku came on his Saiya-jin spacepod. Grandpa Gohan took him in and raised him as his own. But... what did Gohan do with the spacepod? Did he do ANYTHING with it? Did he just leave it there? If he just left it there, what would happen if someone... or something... stumbled upon it? Up on Mt. Paozu, there's all sorts of evil creatures... what if one were to find the spacepod and... dare I say... launch?

I came to the conclusion that only one such being would be so capable.

DBOMGWTFBBQ: The Space Adventures of Sabretooth. A story that coincides with the plot of DBZ... probably. When Vegeta flees from Earth (possibly), the Sabretooth launches after it! Watch as Sabretooth Tiger Thing battles the legions of Freeza-people behind the scenes... and takes on the Ginyu Force II with the help of the Renegade Appule squad: Appule, Appule, Appule, and... uh... Appule. I'm not fucking kidding.

Please. The space-traveling sabretooth tiger story is SO tired. I think Goku's ship was confiscated by the government, which proceded to tell the public that it was really a weather balloon. Then it was decided that no mere human could pilot the contraption... but could only be piloted by a DNA-mutated "Tiger-Man!" Nature's feline killing machine with the mental capacity of a human! "What could possibly go wrong?" the Nasa scientists joked.

But that's when Nappa blew up that city after arriving on Earth. As the dub correctly proclaimed, since it was Sunday, everyone was home... in another... city... except "Tiger-Man," who forgot some paper work at the office! His body is maimed in the incident.

OH, SHIT!

But with contemporary Dragonball-land technology (which makes anything imaginable possible), our hero is transformed into a "Tiger-Man-Bot," now fused with a terminator body and...

SCORPION DNA!!!

He later dies of lung cancer.

Ah, I tell you. The alternate-timeline-shifting-evil-Shenron penetrates into our dimension, creating another alternate dimension that is a clash of ours and theirs. NASA wanted to beat the Soviets again, so they found the tiger, brainwashed him, trained him, and sent him into space or something. I dunno...right now I'm not really thinking about what I'm typing.

I personally prefered my idea, which followed the adventures of Ha-chan, Tao Pai Pai and Tenshinhan as they flew through space, battling Laser Ninja Pirates, of both the Zombie and regular variety =\

Nah, its gotta be the whole school/romance/comedy thing. The dbz guys are all teenagers and going to highschool ^^. Vegeta is the jock/heartthrob of the school and Bulma and Chichi are always fighting over him (think sasuke and Sakura/Ino). And Goku must deal with his brother Raditz being in Vejiita's possy and Goku just being a complete dumbass.

Isnt the school/romance/comedy genre just overused?

At first I was skeptical about the tiger idea but as this topic went on I'm prayin' that the tiger is the only thing that becomes more.

The whole plot could be like Back To The Future Part 2, 'cuz the Tiger does all this stuff to save the Z Fighters while never actually running into them! Why? Because he's afraid they'll send him back to Earth, and the Z Fighters would fail if not for the unseen efforts of Sabertooth Tiger! He's the Penny to their Inspector Gadget, and he knows it!

I know! The tiger can travel back in time to the Freeza Saga, ride his PWNing rocketship, in his Cosmonaut suit (DAMN IT, NO ASTRONAUTS IN DBZ!!!), and get to Namek. Then, as Ginyu tires to take over Goku's body, the tiger jumps in his way. Ginyu-Tiger then learns that he can only reach 1,022 in the tigers body.
"Hahaha, now j00 LOSE!!!"-Goku
Goku then lands a kick to Ginyu-Tiger's jaw, catches him by the tail, and spins him rapidly. Then, he proceeds to throw Ginyu-Tiger into a block of cheese. BUT WAIT! Ginyu-Tiger is getting used to his new body now! He asks Jeice for a power reading, as he stops in midair with his new flying ability.
'85,000 sir!!", says Jeice, in his FUNi dub punk-rocker voice.
"85,000! Isn't this fool at like 23,000?"
"...no, that was you in his body. Wait a minute, when did that happen? Not in this timeline!"
*Goku blasts a hole through Jeice's arm, making him scream*
"NOW STFU j00 n00b11111+111"
"O-ok, h-he's at 9-90,000 s..sir..."
*Jeice dies*
*Ginyu-Tiger and Goku fight almost equally, with Goku having a slight edge*
*Freeza wishes Jeice back from the dead, with an olive head*
"CAP'N GINYU! YOU'RE AT 110,000!!!"
Ginyu then smacks Goku in the head.
"Kaiou...KEN!!!"
"U-uhhh, he's at 100-no 110,000...wait, 130...140...160.........180,000!!!!"
"WTF? He can't be!" said Ginyu-Tiger
Goku starts furiously punching Ginyu-Tiger in the head, drawing blood with each punch.
"Now, let's end this!!!"
"KA.....ME.....HA..........ME.................."
The tiger in Ginyu's body then bites Goku's head off.
