Times the ROSAT has been used.

Has it ever been said how many times it was used by which characters?
And how long these characters have spent in it?

I know these characters have been in the ROSAT,
-Goku
-Gohan
-Goten
-Vegeta
-Mirai Trunks
-Trunks
-Piccolo
-Buu

So I'm certain these have entered the room but I'm not sure about the amount of time they spent there.

I know the Saiyans spent a year in it with their sons for the Cell Games.
But I don't know about the kids training for fusion against Buu.

The kids spent 30 minutes in that chamber. Originally they were supposed to train for 6 hours but Boo want to hurry the fight so it was cut down to 30 minutes. I think I might need to re-read the manga.

If things went as planned, Vegeta and Trunks went back into the RoSaT for another year before the Cell games started. Piccolo went in at least once after Goku and Gohan came out, since Goku comments that he looks stronger from it, but still isn't a match for Cell.

Buu was in there for less than 30 minutes (room time), since Gotenks' fusion lasted the whole time they were all in there.

I think Goten and Trunks spent longer than 30 minutes (room time). Gotenks' fight with Buu must have lasted almost that long alone. They were actually in the room for one hour (Earth time) before Buu got sick of waiting. That's 15 hours in the RoSaT. Piccolo also lead Buu around for a few minutes to give the boys several more hours in the room to rest up.

Don't forget that Goku spent less than a month inside during his training for the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai.

There is no episode featuring Goku in RoSaT.

Thats not filler. There was never as episode in the anime featuring kid Goku going to the ROSAT and Piccolo stated that Goku did that in the manga. Thats why Goku knew of its existence.

There was an episode with Goku in the pendulum room (or whatever it is) I think.

But he does say in the Cell saga that he spent time in there before, and he couldn't handle it for more than month.

Yes there was, but that`s an entirely different room, which is filler-only, I think.

In the manga, Piccolo mentions that Goku barely lasted a month in the Room of Spirit and Time when he used it "long ago", which would presumably be back when he was training for the 23rd TB at Kami's palace. Piccolo also says that nobody has ever managed to stay a full year in there.

Oh yeah, Popo says that Goku and Gohan still had about 3 hours left when they came out, so that means they only stayed in for 21 hours, or 10 and a half months of Room-time.
