I'm hardly a cosplayer but I do have Goku's gi (Turtle Hermit). I don't go to conventions but whenever there is a need for the earth's greatest warrior to appear at a party or in one of my films then I'm there.

Also, wouldn't this topic be better suited for the Fan-Created Works section?

I'm trying to tone down my stomach to cosplay as a female version of Uub from GT. Hopefully I'll be in shape before this years New York Comic Con (Gym membership don't fail me now!). I also have plans to round up hot women to cosplay as female version of popular males characters of the series too. Already having a costume designer as my cousin, being associates with a couple of lesbians otakus, and living in NY where $50 can get anyone to do anything you want for a day, I think I'm half way there!

Last Halloween I made my little sister a Great Saiyaman costume. http://img638.imageshack.us/img638/6088/cimg1786b.jpg
It is currently her desktop background. (I hope she doesn't mind me putting it up here)
You can find Dragon Ball video-edits on my Youtube Channel.

I can add a little bit to this ^^ Have a 5'2 Piccolo.

http://i9.photobucket.com/albums/a69/Ve ... jghjgh.jpg

Eight years on it's still a work in progress- I've redone all the fabric and the shoes (which are't visible ^^; ), still working on getting the right paint and figuring out what way to stand to actually get a decent picture off. Of course I've never had any pictures taken on my own cameras so these're the best I could scavenge off the net. Someday, I will have a single good shot instead of this kind of muddled mess o_O

Daizex's very own QuantumDestiny (Though I've not seen her on here in a while) is probably the best DBZ cosplayer I have ever seen.

Oh yeah, I did see her in some of the pictures on the Funimation website with the Dragon Box when it first got announced. She was a SS2 Son Gohan I think.

I'm a cosplayer! I especially love to do DragonBall cosplay and I'm even organizing a big DragonBall group for a convention in may and already 21 people are participating!! We have #18 (2x), Brolly, Bulma, Celipa, ChiChi (3x), Captain Ginyu, Gotenks, Lunch, Mr. Popo, Son Gohan, Son Goku (2x), Tao Pai Pai, Trunks, Vegeta, Videl (2x) and a Yamcha! I'm so looking forward to it and I hope everyone will do their best for their costumes.

DragonBall Cosplays I did so far;
- Bulma (1st DB cosplay, 2nd cosplay ever)
- Trunks (1st crossplay XD)
- Bra

I made it all myself, except for Trunks' jacket which I bought from Glay and QuantumDestiny ^__^

My next cosplay will be Celipa!!

I've always thought it was hilarious that she could make hair like this, but for DB: Evolution they just put some gel in Chatwin's hair and it looked like crap. You'd think a wig like that was in their budget...

That's some nice work and it's looks good for cosplay... but to me it'd look horrible in a movie. I'm sure they considered doing the hair that way.

Haha. Well, you have to admit, even though the wig is awesome seeing hair like that on a real person still looks odd. I'm not sure that even a Hollywood Blockbuster Budget could get around that.

Wait a minute... you have four fingers?

Someone else did a pretty good cosplay of Piccolo for Indy Mogul. I think this was posted here a while back, but here's the link.

Does that wig flow like real hair or just sit there like a spikey lump?

With a Hollywood budget they could easily use some kind of semi-hard glue to make the wig move like real hair.
Also, they could make it a bit smaller to make it look "normal".
But regarding that specific wig, I have no idea.

Considering everything she likely had to do to style it... I doubt it moves much.

Dang Bura! You don't look half-bad~

And I of course mean your Bulma and Bra cosplays! Not that your Trunks doesn't look great as well, yeah... Embarrassed myself enough!

Though I've strived for years to cosplay, I don't have any pics, so you guys will just have to setle with me cosplaying myself?

I can see you as a good Vegeta.

I was never huge on Cosplay, but I think I go about it quite differently than most cosplayers do. If it looks like crap, you'll look like a mook wearing it; that's what I've always believed. Same with Halloween costumes.
I wipe it off the tile, the light is brighter this time, everything is 3D blasphemy.
My eyes are red and gold, the hair is standing straight up, this is not the way I picture me.
I can't control my shakes, how the hell did I get here? Something about this, so very wrong.
I have to laugh out loud, I wish I didn't like this. Is it a dream or a memory?

Yeah, the Trunks is good, but the Bulma and Bra (especially the Bra >.>) are great. 8)
