Where's DB Kai Film Master Now?
Quite a some time ago I read on one of Kanzentai's news about someone go into Toei's Philippines branch to ask Kai stuff and they say that they no longer have the original Film Master? so who's have it now?

At first I was like, "What the hey?" So I went and looked it up. You're referring to this article, right? Here's what ghostlightning actually said:
You'll note that he mentions nothing about the film masters. He only says that the original animation cels and background art are no longer available, which we already knew since they sold all of that stuff after the series was over. Toei will always have the original film masters, and they're very protective of them.
