OK, so I just messaged Kaboom on how to capture video on VLC, so I'll upload a clip soon.
On the "Language" sub-menu of disc 1 of the "TIEN SHINHAN" saga by FUNimation, there's Dr. Slump music playing! But wait, I asked Hujio, and he said none of its music carried over and Shunsuke Kikuchi didn't compose the score! I'm confused.
Dr. Slump music....in Dragonball?! No less, a FUNi menu?!

I could o' sworn Kikuchi composed the music for Dr Slump.

Did I say that?! I must have been drunk at the time, or something...RoarkVegeta wrote:On the "Language" sub-menu of disc 1 of the "TIEN SHINHAN" saga by FUNimation, there's Dr. Slump music playing! But yes, Kikuchi Shunsuke did compose the music for Dr. Slump. However, for the most part, none of it carried over into DragonBall. I do know that they used a lot of Dr. Slump music while Goku was in Penguin Village (episodes 55-57), but other than that there's no other Dr. Slump music used in DragonBall that I know of. As far as the menu is concerned, it's just odd because the music was used for the "Tien Shinhan saga" DVD, but the music was originally only used in the series during the Red Ribbon Army arc.

FUNimation probably just was using a random track from the Red Ribon saga then if what Hujio said in the post before me is true.RoarkVegeta wrote:OK, so I just messaged Kaboom on how to capture video on VLC, so I'll upload a clip soon.
