race: : arcosian
relation: cooler (father) frieza (uncle) frigi (mother)
techniques: relies on a calmer, more practical approach to fighting than his father, but is just as evil. his style concentrates on psychic attacks and evading his foe, in order to strike with his death blades and arcosian blasts.
Death Blade - like sauza's but more powerful. antithesis to his father's death ball.
Instant Transmission - kidnapped a yardrat and forced it to teach him the technique. when his father returned thanks to the big gete star, it was because of iceberg that cooler had learnt the technique.
Final Vengeance Bomb - his ultimate attack. has a weak point. it takes him a long time to charge the energy, and it draws on his own life force, like the Kikoho. but the result is a devastating solar system buster.
Psychic Manipulation - potent mind powers of control. can use it either to enslave the weak minded, or paralyse his foe in their tracks. weakness: takes a long time to focus and gather concentration, leaving iceberg open to attack from behind.
Taunter - the master of trash talking. for the weak minded, iceberg uses psychological attacks to break down their confidence.
Mist walker - a new technique he's been working on. enables him to appear and disappear at will. fighting him, will be like fighting the darkness itself. combined with IT, can be very deadly.
Arcosian Blast - main ki attack, slightly more powerful than a regular attack, but takes longer to charge.

History -
born when gohan was, he was kept out of the family politics as cooler and frieza continued their feud. after frieza's death at the hands of the super monkeys, iceberg vowed revenge, but cooler would not allow him to go with him. iceberg had already surpassed his father in power, though he knew it would hurt cooler's pride if he found out. though metal cooler did learn IT from his son. after metal cooler was destroyed by goku and vegeta, he traveled the galaxy searching for new techniques and henchmen. he has learnt from his family's mistakes and led a quieter life focusing on getting stronger for the day he would finally avenge his family and destroy the super saiyans.

Sounds like an awesome character, However the name doesn't sound like a Dragonball Universe character.

Well the Arcosians are named after cold things. Cold, Cooler, Frieza, (my other oc Frigi, Cooler's wife. The pun is on refridgerator) and Iceberg, Cooler's son. I thought it was fitting.

Well, I do want to add that, even in FUNimation's dub, where the term Arcosian originates, it's never said that Freeza and his race are Arcosians.

Well, this would be getting into "Why Dragon Ball Wikia is Bad" territory, but since you ask I'd give an emphatic "no" and for a few reasons: 1. Arcosian is a term made up by FUNimation and is therefore not canon. 2. Even if #1 was not true, there is no evidence given that those characters belong to that race, so it's basically spreading misinformation. 3. I personally stared at your post for several seconds before I figured it out at all. Not being a dub fan, it took me a while to even recognize that name, much less make the connection.

All that said, I'm going to be quiet now. This has nothing to do with the purpose of your thread. Unfortunately, I don't have any ideas for DB characters to create, so I'm not going to be the one to derail your thread as that would be rude of me.

But in the Funi dub, "Arcosian" refers to those guys in white robes the Saiyans are shown shaking hands with in some flashback, right? They don't exactly look like Freeza and co.

Well I created a OC for Dragonball Z (I'm actually still working on her Bio I'm in the android saga now uuuuugh so much typing)
And I would like Your Opinions on Her, and if you have an OC please tell me about them and post it here if you want.
I actually have a couple pics of her on DA and I think the hardest part was looking up details and trying to fit everything into the DBZ timeline correctly. @_@ (This is just stuff that has happened in the DBZ series it doesn't include DBGT I did put all of her family except 3 because I don't have names for them yet @_@) (Also if You wonder why Raditz is alive she wished him back out of mainly pure boredom during the 2 years Vegeta stole Bulma's spaceship and ditched her on Earth) (also thing on names Kasseva is a pun on Cassava and Tama ((Which is a Japanese name)) was a pun on Tomato but since she is a girl and Toma is taken I used Tama)

Personality: In the beginning of DBZ Kasseva was cold, dark, sadistic, sarcastic, blunt, fiery, and haughty person who hated to be controlled. She is proud to call herself a saiyan and still is.
Even as a child she was a ruthless killer, who showed no mercy. As a child Kasseva had more of a positive look on things who though things could only get better. She never called Vegeta “Prince” Even though she was as strong as him he wouldn’t accept her so she told him she would prove she was his equal. Raditz told Bulma sometime in the series that she was abused by Freeza a lot because he wanted a back up if Vegeta would rebel against him and fail as his loyal servant and weapon, but as a child she smiled at said everything was okay and never wanted to accept help or pity from others even after being beaten by Frieza. He also told Bulma that over time she just became a lot more distant and colder, but still had a high hatred for Frieza
Later in the series she started opening up a little and was kinder to Bulma and smiled a little more, At the end of the series Kasseva is much more relaxing and is often seen smiling and making jokes, but she still the same sarcastic, blunt, fiery personality. When Bulma talked to her about her relationship with Vegeta she described Kasseva as a person with a pure love. Kasseva developed soft spots for somewhat Bulma, her kids, Future Trunks and Trunks, and Vegeta (But talks to him the same so he doesn’t notice that she had developed feelings for him till later when they get married she treats him the same as before except really in private) Since Kasseva’s a warrior she knows to drop those feelings in battle and does.

Personality: Oboe tends to be somewhat cocky and easily gets annoyed. However, he trys to stay calm as much as possible.

Future Bra.
Race: half Saiyan.
Timeline: original.
History: When androids 17 and 18 first appeared, they killed all the Z fighters but Gohan. A year earlier, a baby was born. Bulma named the little girl Bra. 13 years later, Gohan agrees to train young Bra to fight the androids. Secretly in love with her master, she is devastated at his death and become a Super Saiyan.

In the second timeline, Frieza is stopped in his tracks by a mysterious teenage girl with a sword and killed effortlessly. Bra meets Goku and reveals her parentage before delivering the warning. Everything follows generally as canon except Vegeta is a little more appreciative of "the brat". Bra learns of New Namek and returns to her timeline, destroying 17 and 18 once and for all. She wishes her timeline back to normal, but it is too late for her master to come back. Aiding her in the struggle is Gohan's daughter, Pan, who Bra found after restoring her world to normal.

Rather than try and post them all here in this thread, which would take forever to type out, I'll just like to the guide file I've made for my readers on FFnet. It's not extensively detailed, nor does it outline all of the moves used by characters, but... well, just look at how many there are and you'll understand why.

While most fan characters are absolutely horrible, once in a blue moon they're well thought out an original. A lot of the time they sound like Mary Sues from their biographies, but are completely different when they're actually written into something. But yeah, most suck.
