It's some kind of DB "simulation" you play on your cellphone. You control Gohan or Vegeta and fight against Babidi and Boo.

Oh, they're from "Jump Land Premium", where you can communicate with your friends using over 90 characters from different Jump series. I'm not really sure just what this consists of though.
