Would anyone mind telling me or giving me a list of which episodes were filler in the Buu Saga?

Well, probably every single episode has at least some filler. Episodes can even have significant filler sections while still covering mostly manga material, or consist almost entirely of filler but have one or two vital canon scenes. That said, the second and third TV Animation daizenshuu list the following episodes as filler, but keep in mind that such hard and fast distinctions aren't necessarily always meaningful:

The Great Saiyaman saga was quite different from the manga. I'm on the fence on if that is a filler or not though.

I haven't seen enough of the Boo arc to really tell you for sure. Maybe one day Kanzentai's episode guide will get through the Boo arc so we will know for sure. It's a long arc, though, so it might take awhile.

In the meantime, you can find out the filler content of every episode up through when Trunks takes down #17, #18, and Cell in his own time.
