Kart Dragon Ball Z Game?

It would be really nice to have a Kart game with DBZ characters, the kart could be Mario Kart-style which would mean bombs/goodies, and as for releasing it'd be digital-only (XBLA/PSN/PSV/Nintendo Store). Because it'd be small sized games, however, they could receive DLC packs.

I.e., "Dragon Ball Z" characters could mean much more than just from DBZ, also from DB, GT, Heroes, Online, and newer ones (Burdock Super Saiyan).

it won’t happen unless if it’s a Cross promotional Jump Game but I think I think a kart racing game would work especially with the different kinds of transport the original series utilises. I'm expecting Tao Pai Pai and his stone pillar to be the most broken character in the game.

I think a game of this sort is kinda risky, and would be best developed when the series is quite a good state, and prospering. That way, there's a higher chance of people knowing about it, and doing well.

I can't actually visualise a Kart-style DBZ game though.

In a hypothetical situation where there is a DBZ kart game, I'd like references to a) driving test ep. and b) those cutscenes with Gohan and Videl driving with Goten under car and King Kai driving into Goku from after Cell arc. episodes.

I liked Mario Kart Double Dash too, but didn't enjoy it very much due to the lack of karts in the game.

Yeah man, racing games are so fun and social everyone would get along just fine.

If the karts also had damage-enabled it'd be hilarious to see them get wrecked.

I always liked the idea of Battle Stadium DON which was the fighting game with Dragonball, One Piece, and Naruto characters. I always wanted them to make another one with a bit different fighting system. It would be cool if they added a kart mode like one of the Mortal Kombat games had. Or just make a Kart game, call it Kart Racer DON or something like that.

I don't see this idea ever happening. Bandai Namco is most likely going to think that this idea won't sell well and the chances are that very little people will buy it.
