What is the testament of your Dragon Ball fandom?

What sorts of limits would to because you are that uber of a Dragon Ball fan?

Goku didn't die in GT. The show sucked him off so much, it was impossible to keep him in the world of the living, so he ascended beyond mortality.

I always side eye the people who say "Now my kids/today's kids can experience what I did as a child!" Nigga, who gives a fuck about your childhood? You're an adult now and it was at least 15 years ago. Let the kids have their own experience instead of picking at a corpse.

I bleached my hair white blonde in order to be a full-powered super saiyain. I use to practice the Kamehameha with a flash light and a mirror.
Shit kids do.

I went to school dressed in a homemade Goku cosplay to promote Dragonball: Evolution way back during freshman year when I had myself convinced that it was a good movie. I wanted the movie to do well because I wanted to see the Saiyan and Freeza Sagas on the big screen. That's right: I love DB so much that I convinced myself that said movie was actually worth watching so I could try to get my little piece of America back into the franchise. I did it again in senior year (with an improved costume with SSJ hair) just for kicks and giggles. It's a shame that I didn't perfect my Goku costume until after graduation... Oh, well. That's what college is for. Anyways, I should probably start running away from the masses of people who will shun me for even liking such an abominable movie even if I was young and stupid and desperate for a good live-action Dragonball movie.

I pissed off Sean Schemmel.

Used TFS's abridged series to get my girlfriend into Dragon Ball, to the point where she cosplayed as Videl at a con last year.

I found out firsthand that it's not too hard to piss off Sean Schemmel. The difference is that you did it with style.

At the time I didn't think it was very funny...but now, with this thread, and you saying that, I can't help but laugh.

As for me, I'd probably say the merchandise I have. Not much, just a few T-Shirts, a couple posters, various games, DVDs, the complete Z DBox set...

Well, that one-ups everyone here on the thread Mike.
One-upmanship ftw.

Sean should join again, but this time, not let his ego get the best of him on a Japanese DB fansite.

One of my main motivations for losing weight and exercising is so I can cosplay as a rule 63 Uub. And so far it's working. But the more I lose weight the more I realize that my chest is probably too big to pull off the look I want.

So I guess my real testament to the series is my art.

Check out Journey's End, a short story of Goku and Vegeta's final days. "Time is running out for the last two Saiyans"

I don't go a single day without reminiscing in the glory of Dragon Ball.

Aside from my active membership here and the merchandise I proudly own, I try to live life the way Goku would.

Penguintruth's disagreement with him, which is much more interesting, is linked in this thread. Mine was small potatoes and ended rather quickly.

All I can really say is that I'm a fan that has stuck with the series for over 4 years and still enjoys watching it and is still excited about news surrounding the series and has no intentions of stopping. I don't really need to do things like have DBZ tattoos and name my kids after DB characters to prove to myself I'm a fan. I'm simply a loyal fan, that's my testament.
