When is General White Referred to as General Silver?

The title page of chapter 65 has a message from an apologetic Toriyama (and a disgruntled White) explaining that in some previous chapters, he had accidentally misnamed White as Silver. Unfortunately, due to my lack of fluency in Japanese, I am working from the Viz version, which corrects this mistake. So can anyone point out to me the specific instances in which this occurs, who says it, etc.?

I have trouble keeping the Red Ribon Army officers straight. Silver was the one who took the Dragonball From Pilaf, White was in Muscle Tower, Blue was the gay one, Yellow attacked Bora, Violet was the woman, and Red and Black ran the whole thing, right?

Blue also had psychokinetic powers, but at least you didn't just refer to Black as "the black guy." Admittedly, Violet didn't do much notable outside of being the only woman in the group...

Toriyama accidentally misnamed White as Silver in chapters 63 and 64 of the Weekly Shōnen Jump serialization. By the time these chapters were reprinted in tankōbon form, these errors had been corrected, but the original chapter title page for chapter 65 was left as-is, although Toriyama's comment was removed in the kanzenban release. So, it wasn't actually Viz that made the corrections. Anyway, without the original chapters from Jump, there's no way to know exactly where he made the mistake. My guess is it was throughout both chapters, like when Murasaki and No. 8 refer to him by name, and in the narration.

Ah, okay, thank you. Viz's title page has Toriyama saying, "...luckily it was fixed for the American version!" which makes it sound like it was exclusive to Viz, similar to how they changed all instances of "Shuu" back to "Soba."
