If you could rename the Dragonball series...

Well not exactly rename...i'll get to the point, if you could give the entire Dragonball series an alternative name, what would it be?
By the way this is just for fun. If you're one of those people that will say something like "Dragonball" is a good name and I wouldn't change it and leave it as is, pretend you've never heard the title before and pick a name! Haha.

I personally would call it "Son Goku no Hanashi" which translates to "Son Goku's Story"
As for Z, I would add to the title, something like Naruto: Shippuden...maybe "Son Goku no Hanashi: Tsugi" (Next)
And for GT, I'd probably call it "Son Goku no Hanashi: Ginga" (Galaxy)

I haven't really thought about it for more than 5 seconds, but the title that comes to my mind is: The Neverending Quest.
It could refer to constantly searching for the Dragon Balls on several occasions from the very beginning to the very end despite circumstances having changed a lot, Son Goku's neverending quest to improve himself, the tendancy to always have a new enemy arriving over years and years... But yeah, that title instinctively comes to me as something that defines Goku's personnality and life.

I thought about this before, as "Dragon Ball" isn't really a fitting name. The best I've thought of is "Monkey King" or "Stone Monkey", alluding to the story's origin in Journey to the West but staying vague enough to fit just about anything. There's still the problem that this is pretty much naming the series after Goku, when sometimes the guy's hardly even there, especially during the last two arcs.
