What is the name of Kaioshin's teleportation technique?

I noticed it was not given an "official" name in Daizenshuu #7's Special Attack Dictionary or Special Attack Index. Has it been named elsewhere, maybe something that differentiates it from Goku's Instantaneous Movement?

For the record, the name "Kai-Kai" comes from the manga: it's what Kibito says when teleporting Gohan to the Kaioshin Realm, though there it's not clear whether this is supposed to be a proper technique name or some chant ala Babidi's "paparappah". I think that's the only time it's said in the manga, but in the anime Kibito/Kibito-Kaioshin say it several times from teleporting.

Funny enough, Kai-Kai is not a technique listed in Pure Boo's Special Attack Index.

Do they give a new name to the Kaioshin-Kibito fusion? As far as I remember they just "Kaioshin" until the end of the series.

Pretty sure it's always just "Kaioshin" in the manga. Which makes sense, since "Kaioshin" is just a title and it'd be weird to merge that with Kibito's name, but it'd still be handy to have a standard term to call that form.
