both of them came from different planets as a baby
both of them are really strong and can survive earths military force
both of them can fly
both of them know how to use heat vision
and both of them would easily loose to goku. who punches thru stars 10 times densier that earth.

I found this comparison somewhat refreshing in comparison to 'OMG Goku = Superman gize!'
But then you went and said this:

Actually no, Piccolo was born on Earth, from the evil which the child of Katatz cast out of his heart in order to become God.
I guess he's like evil Superman from Superman III in that regard.

For a minute there I thought were were going to have a deep philosophical discussion about Nietzche's Ubermensch and how that applied to dragonball.

I suppose it also wouldn't be very productive to point out how "heat vision" and "ki beams from the eyes" are different things...

There actually were two attempts at making an evil Martian Manhunter character that didn't have a weakness to fire. And both of them(Ma'alefa'ak and Fernus) have origins that are quite similar to Piccolo Daimao's.

where the fantastic 4 based or written before a story written in the 16th century, which was based on a story 9000 years before that which again was based on another mythological story even older? nope i don't think so.

This is you pulling stuff out of your ass again. There are plenty of works older than Journey to the West, which you would know if you had done something as simple as googling "earliest stories," or something like that. Someone above already mentioned the Epic of Gilgamesh, which, while he was wrong in stating that it's the earliest known example of fictional work, it's still much older than Journey to the West.
