I got certain questions. They look very similar to Humans of Earth. Besides technology could their Bp be about the same. Are they able to mate successfully with saiyan and humans? Last question. Any guidebook data on them?

I think, if Saiyajin are able to mate with Humans, then Tsufurujin should be able to mate with the two as well.

Tsufurujin most likely evolute from a similar group of apes similar to humans. I would imagine that they can cross breed with humans and saiyans as well.

Yeah...if Saiyans and Tuffles can mate, then Tuffle women are sturdier than most give them credit for.

My head canon is that Vegeta's mother had a Saiyan mother and (secretly) a Tsufur father and was born way before the War. I mean.... just look at Vegeta and Tarble. They are tiny compared to all the other Saiyans. They HAVE to have some sort of Tsufur on them.
Check out Journey's End, a short story of Goku and Vegeta's final days. "Time is running out for the last two Saiyans"

They live on a planet with ten times Earth's gravity, so I have to assume they're a lot stronger than the average Earth bear.
Last question. Any guidebook data on them?
Yeah, but I don't think there's anything we don't get in the series.

Sometimes, I tweet things
We might, if they screamed all the time, for no good reason.

I really believe that Tsuturians are not so strong, because they are so tiny they can withstand a gravity. Or in other way why did use technology against saiyan in the war nad not Ki power.
English is not my first language!
I'm still waiting for Dragon Ball in Super...

Just because they're physically strong doesn't mean that they're aware of or capable of utilizing ki. Goku, despite being shown the basics by Gohan growing up, never showed any knowledge of how to utilize ki for fighting until seeing the Kamehameha in action. Another example would be Bubbles. There's no indication that he has any actual ki control that he could use for fighting purposes (if he wanted to), but because of his time on Kaiou's planet, his musculature and bone density had undoubtedly increased to where he could move around freely at high speeds, not the slightest bit impeded by the gravity. Then there's Freeza's foot soldiers. While the more advanced ones were capable of firing off ki blasts on their own, most of Freeza's soldiers required arm mounted weaponry, despite being ki aware enough to be able to fly, and at least somewhat high battle powers for that era.

If the heights in that image are typical of both Saiya-jin and Tsufuru-jin, then they would still need reinforced skeletons and musculature in comparison to a human to be able to handle that kind of higher than Earth gravity. Their smaller size would be somewhat of an advantage, but it's not going to counter it enough to where they'd not need to be physically stronger than an ordinary human to survive that gravity.
