Will the next episode cover SSJ3?

Not sure one temporary question was worth an entire thread, but anyway.

Kanzenshuu always has the next episode's name displayed on the main page.
And you can be pretty sure that when we get to the episode covering Super Saiyan 3, it will be part of the title, something like "Goku breaks all limits! The Super Saiyan 3!!".

So as long as you check the Kanzenshuu main page around the middle of the week, you should know when the episode is coming.
But you have some time ahead of you, it's in six manga chapters from now. We still have to see:

Goku and everyone summing up the situation and finding out that the kids can do fusion, preventing the wishes of Goku's friends (also count the filler quest to find the Dragon Balls), announcing the deaths, Majin Boo and Babidi starting to tear apart cities and telepathically announcing their quest to find Piccolo and the boys, the fusion training starting with the boys thinking Goku is a wuss...

The Super Saiyan 3 will probably not arrive until we have the 3rd ending, which might be based on the Super Saiyan 3 and/or Gotenks.

Probably a regular music, that moment's no big deal emotionally, it's just "wooow, cool!". So even the hated disco-techno music would fit with those. It's not a "it's so beautiful" moment, it's just a "a new level to reach, that is so cool" moment.
I don't know if I make myself clear...

I understand that Gohan's Super Saiyan 2 form is good to have a unique, super-strong soundtrack because it's a very emotional and years-long, climax-like achievement for the character.
But Goku turning Super Saiyan had a regular music used countless times before, so will Goku turning Super Saiyan 3.

It's just another form (and it's not a discovery for Goku), not an action involving the character's emotions and evolution and being a benchmark in his life.
Otherwise, it would be like music should be carefully chosen for the revelation of Gotenks or Vegetto, when - again - even the hated disco-techno music would fit with those.

Well, this last week's episode (121) covered Dragon Ball Z episode 238 and it looks like this week's episode (122) will cover episode 239 and at least part of 240, if not all of it. Super Saiyan 3 appears in episode 245 of Z, so assuming each Kai episode up until then will cover approximately 1.5 episodes of Z, then Super Saiyan 3 will appear in episode 125 of Kai. Assuming Kai doesn't take a week off during this time, it would presumably air on 12 October 2014.
